Dはアルミニウムまたはボロンであり、

Lは中性ルイス塩基であり、
[L−H]+はブレンステッド酸であり、
QはBr3+またはAl3+であり、
Eは、それぞれ独立して、C6-20アリールまたはC1-20アルキルであり、ここで前記C6-20アリールまたはC1-20アルキルは非置換されるか、またはハロゲン、C1-20アルキル、C1-20アルコキシおよびフェノキシから構成される群より選択される一つ以上の置換基で置換される。
段階1
アルゴンガス下でCr(acac)3(17.5mg、0.05mmol)と、前記実施例で製造した化合物(0.025mmol)をフラスコに入れ、シクロヘキサン(10mL)を添加し攪拌して5mM溶液を製造した。
600mL容量のParr反応器を準備し120℃で2時間真空にした後、内部をアルゴンで置換し、温度を45℃に下げた。シクロヘキサン(270g)およびMMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=300)2mLを注入し、前記5mM溶液2mL(10umol)を反応器に注入した。2分間500rpmで攪拌後、45barに合わされたエチレンラインのバルブを開けて反応器の中をエチレンで満たした後、500rmで15分間攪拌した。エチレンラインバルブを閉め、反応器をドライアイス/アセトンバスで0℃に冷ました後、未反応エチレンを徐々に排出(vent)した後、ノナン(GC internal standard)を0.5mL入れた。10秒間攪拌した後、反応器の液体部分を2mL取って水で冷まし(quench)、有機部分をPTFEシリンジフィルターでフィルタリングしてGCサンプルを作った。前記GCサンプルをGCで分析した。
残った反応液にエタノール/HCl(10vol%)400mLを入れ、攪拌しフィルタリングしてポリマーを得た。収得したポリマーを65℃真空オーブンで一晩乾燥し、重量を測定した。
前記実験例1と同様な方法で実施し、前記実験例1の段階2で、前記MMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=300)2mLの代わりに1mLを使用し、また前記5mM溶液2mL(10umol)の代わりに1mL(5umol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例1と同様な方法で実施し、前記実験例1の段階2で、前記MMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=300)2mLの代わりにMMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=1200)4mLを使用し、また前記5mM溶液2mL(10umol)の代わりに1mL(5umol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例1と同様な方法で実施し、前記実験例1の段階2で、前記MMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=300)2mLの代わりにMMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=1200)4mLを使用し、また前記5mM溶液2mL(10umol)の代わりに1mL(5umol)を使用して、実施した。また、既存の条件であるエチレン45barおよび45℃の条件の代わりに、エチレン60barおよび60℃の条件で実施した。
前記実験例1と同様な方法で実施し、前記実験例1の段階2で、シクロヘキサンを270gの代わりに70gを使用し、前記MMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=300)2mLの代わりにMMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=1200)2mLを使用し、また前記5mM溶液2mL(10umol)の代わりに0.5mL(2.5umol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例4と同様な方法で実施し、Cr(acac)3の代わりに三塩化クロムトリステトラヒドロフラン(18.7mg、0.05mmol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例4と同様な方法で実施し、Cr(acac)3の代わりにクロム(III)−2−エチルヘキサノエート(24.1mg、0.05mmol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例4と同様な方法で実施し、Cr(acac)3の代わりにクロム(III)トリス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−3,5−ヘプタンジオナート)(30.1mg、0.05mmol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例4と同様な方法で実施し、Cr(acac)3の代わりにクロム(III)ベンゾイルアセトナート(26.8mg、0.05mmol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例4と同様な方法で実施し、Cr(acac)3の代わりにクロム(III)ヘキサフルオロ−2,4−ペンタンジオナート(33.7mg、0.05mmol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例4と同様な方法で実施し、Cr(acac)3の代わりにクロム(III)アセテートヒドロキシド(Cr3(CH3CO2)7(OH)2、26.8mg、0.05mmol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例1と同様な方法で実施し、前記実験例1の段階1で、実施例で製造した化合物の代わりに比較例で製造した化合物(0.1mmol)を使用し、前記実験例1の段階2で、前記MMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=300)2mLの代わりに1mLを使用し、また前記5mM溶液2mL(10umol)の代わりに1mL(5umol)を使用して、実施した。
前記実験例1と同様な方法で実施し、前記実験例1の段階1で、実施例で製造した化合物の代わりに比較例で製造した化合物(0.1mmol)を使用し、前記実験例1の段階2で、前記MMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=300)2mLの代わりにMMAO(イソヘプタン溶液、Al/Cr=1200)4mLを使用し、また前記5mM溶液2mL(10umol)の代わりに1mL(5umol)を使用して、実施した。

- 下記の化学式1で示される化合物:
Aは、下記の化学式2で示され、
R1乃至R4は、それぞれ独立して、C1-20アルキル、C2-20アルケニル、C6-14アリール、C1-4アルキルで置換されたC6-14アリール、C6-14アリールで置換されたC1-4アルキルまたはC1-4アルコキシで置換されたC6-14アリールであり、
R5乃至R14は、それぞれ独立して、水素、C1-20アルキル、C2-20アルケニル、C6-14アリール、C1-4アルキルで置換されたC6-14アリール、C6-14アリールで置換されたC1-4アルキルまたはC1-4アルコキシで置換されたC6-14アリールである。 - 前記Xは、メチレンまたはフェニレンである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R1乃至R4は互いに同一なものである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R1乃至R4はフェニルである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R5およびR6は水素である、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R7およびR8は、互いに同一であり、水素またはメチルである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R9は、水素またはイソ−プロピルである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R10は水素である、請求項7に記載の化合物。
- 前記R11乃至R13は水素である、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記R14は水素またはメチルである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 請求項1乃至11のうちのいずれか一項の化合物、遷移金属供給源および助触媒を含む、オレフィンオリゴマー化用触媒系。
- 前記遷移金属供給源は、クロム(III)アセチルアセトナート、三塩化クロムトリステトラヒドロフラン、クロム(III)−2−エチルヘキサノエート、クロム(III)トリス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−3,5−ヘプタンジオナート)、クロム(III)ベンゾイルアセトナート、クロム(III)ヘキサフルオロ−2,4−ペンタンジオナートおよびクロム(III)アセテートヒドロキシドからなる群より選択されるいずれか一つ以上である、請求項12に記載のオレフィンオリゴマー化用触媒系。
- 前記助触媒は、下記の化学式3乃至5で示される化合物からなる群より選択されるいずれか一つ以上である、請求項12に記載のオレフィンオリゴマー化用触媒系:
