Claims (3)
- 基板の一方の面に、有機EL素子を含む複数の発光装置と、複数の発光ダイオードと、を有し、
前記複数の発光装置は、第1の基板、第2の基板、シール材、および前記有機EL素子を有し、
前記有機EL素子は、前記第1の基板、前記第2の基板および前記シール材により封止され、
前記有機EL素子は、第1の電極、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、発光層、電子輸送層、電子注入バッファー層、電子リレー層、複合材料層および第2の電極を有し、
前記電子輸送層は、第1の電子輸送材料を有し、前記発光層と前記電子注入バッファー層との間に設けられ、
前記電子注入バッファー層は、前記第1の電子輸送材料とドナー性物質とを有し、前記電子リレー層と前記電子輸送層との間に設けられ、
前記電子リレー層は、第2の電子輸送材料を有し、前記電子注入バッファー層と前記複合材料層との間に設けられ、
前記複合材料層は、正孔輸送材料とアクセプター性物質とを有し、前記電子リレー層と前記第2の電極との間に設けられ、
前記第2の電子輸送材料のLUMO準位は、前記アクセプター性物質のLUMO準位と前記第1の電子輸送材料のLUMO準位との間にあり、
前記第1の電極、前記正孔注入層、前記正孔輸送層、前記発光層、前記電子輸送層、前記電子注入バッファー層、前記電子リレー層、前記複合材料層および前記第2の電極は、光の放射方向において前記複数の発光ダイオードと重ならず、
前記複数の発光ダイオードは、光の放射方向において前記複数の発光装置と重ならないように前記複数の発光装置の背面に設けられている照明装置。 - 基板の一方の面に、有機EL素子を含む複数の発光装置を有し、
前記基板の他方の面に、複数の発光ダイオードを有し、
前記複数の発光装置は、第1の基板、第2の基板、シール材、および前記有機EL素子を有し、
前記有機EL素子は、前記第1の基板、前記第2の基板および前記シール材により封止され、
前記有機EL素子は、第1の電極、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、発光層、電子輸送層、電子注入バッファー層、電子リレー層、複合材料層および第2の電極を有し、
前記電子輸送層は、第1の電子輸送材料を有し、前記発光層と前記電子注入バッファー層との間に設けられ、
前記電子注入バッファー層は、前記第1の電子輸送材料とドナー性物質とを有し、前記電子リレー層と前記電子輸送層との間に設けられ、
前記電子リレー層は、第2の電子輸送材料を有し、前記電子注入バッファー層と前記複合材料層との間に設けられ、
前記複合材料層は、正孔輸送材料とアクセプター性物質とを有し、前記電子リレー層と前記第2の電極との間に設けられ、
前記第2の電子輸送材料のLUMO準位は、前記アクセプター性物質のLUMO準位と前記第1の電子輸送材料のLUMO準位との間にあり、
前記第1の電極、前記正孔注入層、前記正孔輸送層、前記発光層、前記電子輸送層、前記電子注入バッファー層、前記電子リレー層、前記複合材料層および前記第2の電極は、光の放射方向において前記複数の発光ダイオードと重ならず、
前記複数の発光ダイオードは、光の放射方向において前記複数の発光装置と重ならないように前記複数の発光装置の前面に設けられている照明装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記発光ダイオードは発光波長のピークが400nm以上500nm以下であり、
前記有機EL素子の発光色は、前記発光ダイオードの発光色の補色である照明装置。
