本特許出願は2011年12月30日付にて韓国で出願された特許出願番号第10−2011−0147026号に基づく優先権の利益を主張するものである。そして、そのすべての内容は参考文献として本特許出願に組み込まれる。米国においては、米国特許法119(a)条(35U.S.C§119(a))に基づき、それ以外の国においても同様に優先権の利益は保証される。
Claims (3)
- 超音波プローブを構成する圧電素子の背面側に設けられ、前記圧電素子から背面に放射される超音波を減衰する超音波プローブ用のバッキング材において、
前記バッキング材が母材とフィラーとの混合物を含み、
前記母材はポリウレタン樹脂であり、
前記フィラーはマンガン金属粉末であることを特徴とするバッキング材。 - 前記マンガン金属粉末の混合比は3〜5Mraylsの音響インピーダンスを得るために40〜90重量%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッキング材。
- バッキング材、前記バッキング材に固定された圧電素子、前記圧電素子に固定された音響整合層、及び前記音響整合層に固定された音響レンズを含む超音波プローブにおいて、
前記バッキング材は請求項1または2に記載のバッキング材であることを特徴とする超音波プローブ。
