Description
Claims (7)
- 電池の充放電作業時、電池の電極に電気的に連結されて電流を印加する電池充放電用グリッパ組立体であって、
前記電池の第1電極リードに対応されるように配置される第1電極グリッパボディと、前記第1電極グリッパボディの一側に結合され、前記第1電極リードの表面に加圧されて接触される第1接触部材とを備える第1電極リードグリッパ; 及び
前記電池の第2電極リードに対応されるように配置される第2電極グリッパボディと、前記第2電極グリッパボディの一側に結合され、前記第2電極リードの表面に密着されて接触される第2接触部材とを備える第2電極リードグリッパを含み、
前記第1接触部材は金属材で形成され、前記第2接触部材は電気伝導性樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする電池充放電用グリッパ組立体。 - 前記第1接触部材は、前記第1電極リードの表面を加圧するように鋭く形成される複数個のジョーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池充放電用グリッパ組立体。
- 前記第1接触部材は、金メッキ処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池充放電用グリッパ組立体。
- 前記第2接触部材の底面は、前記第2電極リードの表面に面密着されるように水平面の形態に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池充放電用グリッパ組立体。
- 前記第1電極は正極で、前記第2電極は負極であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池充放電用グリッパ組立体。
- 前記第1電極リード及び第2電極リードは、前記電池から互いに逆の方向に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池充放電用グリッパ組立体。
- 前記電池が配置される支持台をさらに含み、
前記支持台の両側部には、前記第1及び第2電極リードに接触される第1及び第2電極リードグリッパがそれぞれ備えられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池充放電用グリッパ組立体。
