本实用新型涉及一种电池,更具体的讲是一种5 Ah软包装电池。 
背景技术
随着二十世纪微电子技术的发展,小型化的设备日益增多,对电源提出了很高的要求。锂电池随之进入了大规模的实用阶段。现在,锂离子电池大量应用在手机、笔记本电脑、电动工具、电动车、路灯备用电源、航灯、家用小电器上,可以说是最大的应用群体。现在常用的电池的极耳位于电极片的一端,这样电流需要通过整条电极片才能输出,因此电流在电极片中转移时的电阻高,电池内耗增大,造成了使用寿命低、充放电率低等问题。 
发明内容
针对以上不足,本实用新型提供了一种寿命长、充放电效率高的5 Ah软包装电池。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种5Ah软包装电池,包括电极极片、极耳和隔膜,极耳设置在电极极片展开时的中间部位。
上述电极极片包括正极电极极片和负极电极极片,正极电极极片的集流体为制片时焊接有铝带的铝箔,负极电极极片的集流体为焊接有镍带的铜箔。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过将极耳设置在电极极片展开时的中间部位,降低了电池的内阻,从而降低了电池的内耗,进一步提高了电池的充放电效率和使用寿命。

具体实施方式

实施例1 
一种5 Ah软包装电池,包括电极极片2、极耳1和隔膜,极耳1设置在电极极片2展开时的中间部位,电极极片2包括正极电极级片和负极电极级片,正极电极极片的集流体为制片时焊接有铝带的铝箔,负极电极极片的集流体为焊接有镍带的铜箔,对电池进行检测得表1.

根据表1可知,本实用新型的电池降低了电池的内阻,从而降低了电池的内耗。
实施例2
对电池进行循环实验,实验过程见表2,

根据表2中循环实验方法,进行520次循环实验图2。
由图2可知,本实用新型的电池伴随循环次数的增加,电量并无明显下降,因此使用寿命更长。

1.一种5 Ah软包装电池,包括电极极片、极耳和隔膜,其特征在于:所述极耳设置在电极极片展开时的中间部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种5 Ah软包装电池,其特征在于:所述电极极片包括正极电极极片和负极电极极片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种5 Ah软包装电池,其特征在于:所述正极电极极片的集流体为制片时焊接有铝带的铝箔。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种5 Ah软包装电池,其特征在于:所述负极电极极片的集流体为制片时焊接有镍带的铜箔。
