Description
Claims (3)
- 発熱源へ冷媒を循環させて前記発熱源を冷却する冷却装置であって、
前記冷媒と外気との間で熱交換する熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器から前記発熱源へ流れる液状の前記冷媒を貯留する蓄液器と、
前記蓄液器から前記発熱源へ流れる前記冷媒の経路に並列に接続されたポンプと、
前記ポンプから吐出された前記冷媒が前記経路へ戻る位置に配置されたアスピレータとを備え、前記冷媒は前記アスピレータを経由して前記経路へ流入し、
前記アスピレータは、前記蓄液器と前記発熱源とを連通する冷媒通路の延在方向と平行に配置された平行管を有し、前記平行管は前記冷媒通路を周方向に囲う形状に配置され、前記平行管の内部に前記冷媒通路が挿通される、冷却装置。 - 前記ポンプから吐出され前記経路へ戻る前記冷媒の流れ方向を、前記蓄液器から前記発熱源へ向かう方向に規制する、流れ規制部を備える、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記発熱源を冷却した後の前記冷媒の状態を示すデータを取得するセンサを備え、
前記ポンプは、前記データに基づいて起動または停止する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷却装置。
