Description

Claims (3)
- 魚卵の外表面を、魚卵の卵膜の親水性を利用して形成された液体メニスカスで被覆し、次いで、該被覆された魚卵を冷却することによって、前記液体メニスカスの部分を粥状に凍結させて卵膜を固定し保護し、その後、魚卵を含む全体を凍結して保存し、
しかも、前記液体メニスカスが、疎水性の冷却面に置かれた魚卵に、凍害防御剤を含んだ水滴を滴下することによって形成されることを特徴とする魚卵の凍結保存法。 - 魚卵の外表面を、魚卵の卵膜の親水性を利用して形成され、凍害防御剤を含んだ水溶液からなる液体メニスカスで被覆し、次いで、該被覆された魚卵を冷却することによって、前記液体メニスカスの部分を粥状に凍結させて卵膜を固定し保護し、その後、魚卵を含む全体を凍結して保存し、
しかも、前記液体メニスカスが、予め脱水処理された魚卵を、親水性のメニスカスホルダーで保持した状態で形成されることを特徴とする魚卵の凍結保存法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の方法で凍結保存した魚卵を、冷蔵庫内で解凍を行うことを特徴とする魚卵の解凍方法。
