Description
本発明は、2008年11月18日提出の米国暫定特許出願第61/115,763号“A Reduced−Pressure,Composite Manifold”について、35USC119条(e)に基づく利益を主張するものであり、当該暫定特許出願はすべての目的において参照により本書に組み込まれるものとする。
Claims (32)
- 減圧治療システムで使用するマニホルドにおいて、当該マニホルドが、
第1の硬さを有する内側マニホルドと、
前記内側マニホルドの周囲を囲む周縁マニホルドであって、前記内側マニホルドの第1の硬さより硬い第2の硬さを有する周縁マニホルドと、
を具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。 - 請求項1に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドが創傷エッジに流体流を提供し、前記創傷エッジを支持することが可能であることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項1に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドの体積弾性率が前記内側マニホルドの体積弾性率より高いことを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項1に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドの密度が前記内側マニホルドの密度より高いことを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項1に記載のマニホルドがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドに配設された支持エレメントを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項5に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記支持エレメントがフィラメントを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項5に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記支持エレメントが垂直ポストを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項5に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記支持エレメントが支柱を具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項1又は請求項2〜8の何れか一項に記載のマニホルドがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドをコーティングするバイオフレンドリーな硬化剤を具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項9に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記バイオフレンドリーな硬化剤が創傷エッジに適用するよう構成されたジェルを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項1に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドが前記内側マニホルドの周囲に適用されたテープを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 創傷に減圧治療を提供するシステムにおいて、当該システムが、
第1の硬さを有する内側マニホルドと、
前記内側マニホルドの周囲を囲む周縁マニホルドであって、前記内側マニホルドの第1の硬さより硬い第2の硬さを有する周縁マニホルドと、
前記内側マニホルド及び前記周縁マニホルドの上に配置するよう構成されたシーリング部材と、
減圧を提供するために前記シーリング部材に流体連結するよう構成された減圧源と、
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項12に記載のシステムにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドの体積弾性率が前記内側マニホルドの体積弾性率より高いことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項12に記載のシステムにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドの密度が前記内側マニホルドの密度より高いことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項12に記載のシステムがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドに配設された支持エレメントを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記支持エレメントがフィラメントを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記支持エレメントが垂直ポストを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記支持エレメントが支柱を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項12又は請求項13〜18の何れか一項に記載のシステムがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドをコーティングするバイオフレンドリーな硬化剤を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項19に記載のシステムにおいて、前記バイオフレンドリーな硬化剤が創傷エッジに適用するよう構成されたジェルを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項12に記載のシステムにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドが前記内側マニホルドの周囲に適用されたテープを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 減圧治療システムで使用するマニホルドにおいて、当該マニホルドが、
内部部分を規定するために、ベースと、当該ベースに連結された壁とを有する周縁マニホルドと、
前記周縁マニホルドの壁とベースとに隣接して前記内部部分に配設された内側マニホルドと、
を具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。 - 請求項22に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記内側マニホルドが前記周縁マニホルドに連結されることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項22に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記内側マニホルドが前記周縁マニホルドの内部部分に入れ子式になっていることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項22に記載のマニホルドがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドのベースに形成された開口を具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項22に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドの密度が前記内側マニホルドの密度より高いことを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項22に記載のマニホルドがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドに配設された支持エレメントを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項27に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記支持エレメントがフィラメントを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項27に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記支持エレメントが垂直ポストを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
