Claims (27)
- 減圧治療システムで使用するマニホルドにおいて、当該マニホルドが、
第1の体積弾性率K1を有する内側マニホルドと、
前記内側マニホルドの周囲を囲む周縁マニホルドであって、前記内側マニホルドの第1の体積弾性率K1より高い第2の体積弾性率K2を有する周縁マニホルドと、

- 請求項1に記載のマニホルドがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドに配設された支持エレメントを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項5に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記支持エレメントがフィラメントを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項5に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記支持エレメントが垂直ポストを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項5に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記支持エレメントが支柱を具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項1又は請求項2〜8の何れか一項に記載のマニホルドがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドをコーティングするバイオフレンドリーな硬化剤を具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項9に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記バイオフレンドリーな硬化剤が創傷エッジに適用するよう構成されたジェルを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 請求項1に記載のマニホルドにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドが前記内側マニホルドの周囲に適用されたテープを具えることを特徴とするマニホルド。
- 創傷に減圧治療を提供するシステムにおいて、当該システムが、
第1の体積弾性率K1を有する内側マニホルドと、
前記内側マニホルドの周囲を囲む周縁マニホルドであって、前記内側マニホルドの第1の体積弾性率K1より高い第2の体積弾性率K2を有する周縁マニホルドと、
前記内側マニホルド及び前記周縁マニホルドの上に配置するよう構成されたシーリング部材と、
減圧を提供するために前記シーリング部材に流体連結するよう構成された減圧源と、
を具えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項12に記載のシステムにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドの硬さが前記内側マニホルドの硬さより硬いことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項12に記載のシステムにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドの密度が前記内側マニホルドの密度より高いことを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項12に記載のシステムがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドに配設された支持エレメントを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記支持エレメントがフィラメントを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記支持エレメントが垂直ポストを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記支持エレメントが支柱を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項12又は請求項13〜18の何れか一項に記載のシステムがさらに、前記周縁マニホルドをコーティングするバイオフレンドリーな硬化剤を具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項19に記載のシステムにおいて、前記バイオフレンドリーな硬化剤が創傷エッジに適用するよう構成されたジェルを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項12に記載のシステムにおいて、前記周縁マニホルドが前記内側マニホルドの周囲に適用されたテープを具えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 減圧治療システムに用いる複合型マニホルドを製造する方法において、当該方法が:
創傷エッジに隣接して創傷内に配置する周縁マニホルドを形成するステップであって、前記周縁マニホルドが第1の体積弾性率K1を有する、ステップと;
第2の体積弾性率K2を有する内側マニホルドを形成するステップと;
前記周縁マニホルドの内側部分に隣接して前記内側マニホルドを配置するステップと;を具え、
前記第1の体積弾性率K1が、前記第2の体積弾性率K2より高く、前記周縁マニホルドが、前記創傷エッジに流体流を提供するとともに、前記創傷エッジを支持するように構成されていることを特徴とする複合型マニホルドの製造方法。 - 請求項22に記載の方法が更に、前記周縁マニホルドを前記内側マニホルドに連結するステップを具えることを特徴とする複合型マニホルドの製造方法。
- 請求項22に記載の方法において、前記周縁マニホルドが、治療用減圧下にあるときに潰れない相応の強度をもって形成されていることを特徴とする複合型マニホルドの製造方法。
- 請求項22に記載の方法において、前記周縁マニホルドを形成するステップと、前記内側マニホルドを形成するステップが:
第1の密度ρ1を持つ第1のマニホルド材で周縁マニホルドを形成するステップと;
第2の密度ρ2を持つ第2のマニホルド材で内側マニホルドを形成するステップ;を具え、
前記第1の密度ρ1が前記第2の密度ρ2よりも高い;
ことを特徴とする複合型マニホルドの製造方法。 - 請求項22に記載の方法において、前記周縁マニホルドを形成するステップが、第1のマニホルド材から周縁マニホルドを形成するステップと、前記第1のマニホルド材の少なくとも一部に生物活性物質を適用するステップと、を具えることを特徴とする複合型マニホルドの製造方法。
- 請求項22に記載の方法において、前記周縁マニホルドを形成するステップが、第1のマニホルド材から周縁マニホルドを形成するステップと、前記第1のマニホルド材の少なくとも一部に生物活性物質を適用するステップとを具え、当該生物活性物質がエピネフリンを具えることを特徴とする複合型マニホルドの製造方法。
