Claims (1)
- ノズル(5)端の噴射孔(22)を開閉してガス燃料の噴射を断続するニードル弁(6)と、
このニードル弁(6)で開閉される噴射孔(22)から噴射される前記ガス燃料を供給する噴射流体供給部(11)と、
前記ニードル弁(6)に設けられ噴射流体供給部(11)によって供給された前記ガス燃料の圧力を、前記噴射孔(22)を開放する方向に受ける噴射流体受圧部(33)と、
前記ニードル弁(6)が前記噴射孔(22)を閉じる方向に前記ニードル弁(6)を押圧可能な作動流体を供給する作動流体供給部(13)と、
前記噴射孔(22)を閉じる方向にニードル弁(6)を押圧する状態から作動流体を排出してニードル弁(6)への押圧が解除される状態に作動流体の流れを切り換える電磁弁(8)と、
前記ニードル弁(6)の外周の周方向全域に設けられた封止部材収容溝(31)に装着され前記ニードル弁(6)が支持されるノズル本体(21)の内壁との間に設けられて前記ガス燃料が供給される領域と前記作動流体が供給される領域との間を区画し両者の混合を阻止するOリング(9)と、
前記Oリング(9)の前記収容溝(31)からのはみ出しを防止するために、前記Oリング(9)を挟んだ前記噴射流体受圧部(33)の反対側に調整作動流体供給部(10)を設け、この調整作動流体供給部(10)で供給された調整作動流体と前記ガス燃料との圧力差が所定の値以下になるように前記調整作動流体の圧力を調整する圧力調整手段(41)を設け、
この圧力調整手段(41)は、前記調整作動流体供給部(10)の調整作動流体通路(42)に臨むように設けられたボール(47)とこのボール(47)を前記調整作動流体の通路(42)側に押圧するスプリング(48)とを備えて構成されており、
前記調整作動流体供給部(10)への調整作動流体の供給が、作動流体供給部(13)に供給された作動流体の分流でなされるように構成されていることを特徴とするガス噴射弁(1)。
