Description
Claims (10)
- 第1固定コンタクト(2)と、当該第1固定コンタクト(2)から離間配置された第2固定コンタクト(3)と、前記2つの固定コンタクトに対して相対移動可能な少なくとも1つのコンタクトブリッジ(4)と、前記2つの固定コンタクトが互いに接続されていない開位置から前記コンタクトブリッジが前記2つの固定コンタクトを互いに電気的に接続する閉位置に前記コンタクトブリッジを移動させるための非弾性の前進装置とを備え、当該前進装置は、前記閉位置のコンタクトブリッジを前記2つの固定コンタクトに押しつける目的としても設けられている大電流開閉器(1)であって、移動可能な2つのコンタクトブリッジ(4)が設けられ、前記2つの固定コンタクトは各々が前記2つのコンタクトブリッジの間の前記コンタクトブリッジのそれぞれの端部に配置されており、前記前進装置は、前記2つの固定コンタクトが互いに接続されていない開位置から前記コンタクトブリッジが前記2つの固定コンタクトを両方のコンタクトブリッジによって互いに電気的に接続される閉位置に前記2つのコンタクトブリッジを移動させるよう構成され、前記コンタクトブリッジが前記前進装置によって互いに反対向きに前記閉位置の固定コンタクトに押しつけられ、前記コンタクトブリッジおよび前記前進装置の剛性が押しつける力の方向において少なくとも50,000kNmm2の値に対応し、前記コンタクトブリッジと前記前進装置からなる系の最小固有振動数が押しつける力の方向において2,000Hzより高くなることを特徴とする大電流開閉器(1)。
- 前記前進装置は、前記閉位置において、前記各コンタクトブリッジが前記2つの固定コンタクトに少なくとも500Nの力で押しつけられるように、寸法が決定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の大電流開閉器(1)。
- 前記前進装置が、前記コンタクトブリッジを、前記開位置から前記閉位置に移動させて、ねじ込み端子のように前記固定コンタクトに押しつけるためのスピンドル駆動装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の大電流開閉器(1)。
- 前記スピンドル駆動装置のスピンドル(5)が前記大電流開閉器(1)の筐体(6)に回転可能に支持され、当該スピンドルが前記2つの固定コンタクトの間において前記コンタクトブリッジの長手寸法方向に垂直に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の大電流開閉器(1)。
- 前記スピンドル(5)が反対向きにねじ切りされた2本のねじ筋(51,52)を有し、当該反対向きにねじ切りされたねじ筋がそれぞれ前記2つのコンタクトブリッジのうちの一方に係合していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の大電流開閉器(1)。
- 前記スピンドル(5)が、所定量の遊びをもって、軸方向に変位可能に、前記筐体(6)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の大電流開閉器(1)。
- 前記コンタクトブリッジ(4)と前記大電流開閉器(1)の前記筐体(6)との間に少なくとも一つの摺動ガイドが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のうちの一項に記載の大電流開閉器(1)。
- 前記コンタクトブリッジ(4)が、その2つの端部それぞれに、90°オフセット摺動ガイド部(7)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の大電流開閉器(1)。
- 前記前進装置が液圧駆動であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の大電流開閉器(1)。
- 前記大電流開閉器はAC開閉器であり、前記コンタクトブリッジおよび前記前進装置からなる系の最小固有振動数が前記押しつける力の方向におけるAC周波数よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうちの一項に記載の大電流開閉器(1)。
