Description
The present invention relates to a rubber crawler mounted on a construction machine such as a hydraulic excavator, an agricultural machine, or other crawler type vehicles.
Conventionally, as this type of rubber crawler, for example, as shown in Patent Document 1 below, an endless belt-like crawler body formed of a rubber material and wound between a driving wheel and a driven wheel, and the crawler There is known a configuration including a plurality of metal cores disposed on a main body at intervals in a crawler circumferential direction. In this rubber crawler, the cored bar includes a wing portion embedded in the crawler body, and a pair of protrusions that protrude from the wing portion toward the inner peripheral surface side of the crawler body and are spaced apart in the crawler width direction. And a section. And the piece part by which a pair of projection part and the connection part which connects these projection parts are formed in one is formed in another member different from a wing part, These piece parts and wing parts, Are connected to each other with a bolt and a knock pin to form a cored bar.
However, since the conventional rubber crawler uses bolts and dowel pins for connecting the one part and the wing part, there is a problem that the number of parts is large and it takes time to assemble.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a rubber crawler capable of reducing the number of parts and simplifying the assembling work of the core metal.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means.
A rubber crawler according to the present invention includes an endless belt-like crawler main body formed of a rubber material, and a plurality of core bars arranged at intervals in the crawler circumferential direction on the crawler main body. A rubber crawler comprising: a wing portion embedded in the crawler body; and a projection protruding from the wing portion toward the inner peripheral surface of the crawler body, wherein the wing portion and the projection portion Either of the insertion holes protrudes toward the other side and is inserted into the insertion hole formed on the other side, and the insertion hole is inserted into the insertion hole via a bonding rubber vulcanizate disposed in the insertion hole. insertion protrusions which are bonded to the inner peripheral surface is disposed, the insertion hole penetrates the wings portion is formed in a the wings in a thickness direction of the crawler body, the insertion protrusion, said crawlers the black extends toward the outer peripheral side from the inner peripheral surface side of the main body Notch opens toward the outer circumferential surface side of La body is at least one form, the bonding rubber is characterized by being a part of the rubber material forming the crawler body.
According to this invention, since the insertion protrusion is joined to the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole via the joining rubber, compared with the case where the wing part and the projection part are connected using, for example, a knock pin or a fastening member. The number of parts can be reduced.
In addition, since the insertion protrusion is bonded to the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole via the bonding rubber in this way, the unvulcanized bonding rubber can be vulcanized with the insertion protrusion inserted into the insertion hole. Thus, it is possible to join the wing portion and the projecting portion. For example, as compared with a case where both are connected using a knock pin, a fastening member, or the like, the assembling work of the core bar can be simplified.
The joining rubber may be a part of the rubber material forming the crawler body, and the insertion protrusion may be joined to the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole at the same time as the crawler body is vulcanized.
Further, since the insertion hole is formed in the wing portion and penetrates the wing portion in the thickness direction, the insertion projection is inserted into the insertion hole, and the wing portion and the projection portion are combined. With the unvulcanized bonding rubber placed on the opening on the outer peripheral surface side of the crawler body, the unvulcanized bonding rubber is pressed against the wing and vulcanized to vulcanize the unvulcanized bonding rubber. The insertion protrusion can be joined to the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole by vulcanization while entering the insertion hole, and the assembly work of the cored bar can be further simplified.
Furthermore, when a notch that opens toward the outer peripheral surface of the crawler body is formed in at least one of the corners of the insertion protrusion, from the opening on the outer peripheral surface of the crawler main body in the insertion hole, It is possible to facilitate the entry of the unvulcanized bonding rubber into the insertion hole. On the other hand, the portion where the notch is not formed in the insertion protrusion is supported by the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole, whereby the insertion protrusion can be reliably prevented from rattling in the insertion hole.
Therefore, the unvulcanized bonding rubber can surely enter the insertion hole, and the relative movement of the wing portion and the projection portion in the crawler circumferential direction and the crawler width direction can be restricted. The protrusion can be firmly bonded.
The notch is formed in at least one of the two corners located on the insertion protrusion in the insertion protrusion, and is formed in the other two corners different from these two corners. If not, the other two corners are supported on the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole, so that the insertion protrusion can be reliably restricted from rotating around the axis and rattling in the insertion hole. .
In addition, a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the insertion protrusion and the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole may gradually increase from the inner peripheral surface side to the outer peripheral surface side of the crawler body.
In this case, since the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the insertion protrusion and the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole increases from the inner peripheral surface side of the crawler main body toward the outer peripheral surface side, the outer peripheral surface of the crawler main body in the insertion hole The insertion protrusion is made easy by allowing unvulcanized bonding rubber to enter the insertion hole from the opening on the side, and supporting the end portion of the insertion protrusion on the inner peripheral surface side of the crawler body on the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole. Can be controlled in the insertion hole. Therefore, the unvulcanized bonding rubber can surely enter the insertion hole, and the relative movement of the wing portion and the projection portion in the crawler circumferential direction and the crawler width direction can be restricted. The protrusion can be firmly bonded.
If the maximum width of the cross-section of the insertion protrusion gradually decreases from the inner peripheral surface side to the outer peripheral surface side of the crawler body, the insertion protrusion can be easily inserted into the insertion hole. It is possible to further simplify the assembling work of the cored bar. Here, the maximum cross-sectional width of the insertion protrusion refers to the largest of the sizes in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the insertion protrusion.
Further, the wing portion may be formed of a forged product , and the protrusion may be formed of a cast product .
In this case, since the wing part is formed by forging, it becomes possible to reduce the weight of the wing part while ensuring the strength of the wing part, for example, compared to the case where the entire core metal is formed by casting, The weight of the entire rubber crawler can be reduced.
In addition, since the wing portion can be reduced in weight as described above, the thickness of the wing portion can be reduced to increase the thickness of the crawler body, and the durability of the rubber crawler can be improved. it can.
In addition, since the protrusion is formed by casting, even if the protrusion has a complicated shape, it can be easily formed with high accuracy, and the degree of freedom in designing the protrusion can be ensured. be able to.
In addition, in this way, even if the protrusion has a complicated shape, it can be formed with high accuracy, and therefore, in the protrusion, a portion that is necessary for manufacturing is reduced when it is not necessary. As a result, the weight of the protrusion can be reduced.
In addition, a pair of the protrusions are disposed on the wing part at intervals in the crawler width direction, and each of the pair of protrusions protrudes toward one side in the crawler circumferential direction and extends along the crawler width direction. A first derailment prevention mechanism located on the inner side of the crawler body, and a second derailment prevention mechanism located on the outer side of the crawler body along the crawler width direction while projecting toward the other side in the crawler circumferential direction. The first wheel removal preventing mechanism and the second wheel removal preventing mechanism that are formed and adjacent to each other in the crawler circumferential direction may face each other in the crawler width direction.
In this case, since the first wheel removal preventing mechanism and the second wheel removing preventing mechanism of the protrusions adjacent in the crawler circumferential direction are opposed in the crawler width direction, the core bars adjacent in the crawler circumferential direction are When a position is relatively displaced in the crawler width direction, the first wheel-release preventing mechanism and the second one of the two protrusions adjacent to each other in the crawler circumferential direction among the pair of protrusions included in the cored bar. Since the portions facing each other in the derailment prevention mechanism come into contact with each other, the relative positional deviation between the core bars can be regulated.
In addition, since the first wheel removal prevention mechanism and the second wheel removal prevention mechanism are formed on the protrusion formed by casting, these wheel removal prevention mechanisms can be formed easily and with high accuracy.
Further, as described above, since the first and second anti-developing mechanisms are formed on the protrusions, when these anti-derailing mechanisms are formed on the wings and embedded in the crawler body. In comparison, it is possible to suppress the distortion that occurs on the outer peripheral surface side of the crawler body that is bent on the driving wheel or the driven wheel, and the durability of the rubber crawler can be further improved. it can.
Here, the rubber crawler according to the present invention includes an endless belt-shaped crawler body formed of a rubber material, and a plurality of core bars disposed on the crawler body at intervals in the crawler circumferential direction, The metal core is a rubber crawler including a wing portion embedded in the crawler body and a protrusion protruding from the wing portion toward the inner peripheral surface of the crawler body, wherein the wing portion and the protrusion Any one of the parts protrudes toward the other and is inserted into an insertion hole formed in the other, and the vulcanized material of the bonding rubber disposed in the insertion hole An insertion projection to be joined to the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole is disposed, the wing portion is formed of a forged product , and the entire projection portion is formed of a cast product .
The insertion hole may be formed in the wing portion and penetrate the wing portion in the thickness direction of the crawler body.
A gap between the outer peripheral surface of the insertion protrusion and the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole may gradually increase from the inner peripheral surface side to the outer peripheral surface side of the crawler body.
A pair of the protrusions are disposed on the wing part at intervals in the crawler width direction, and each of the pair of protrusions protrudes toward one side in the crawler circumferential direction and is crawler along the crawler width direction. A first anti-derailing mechanism located on the inner side of the main body, and a second anti-annular mechanism that protrudes toward the other side in the crawler circumferential direction and is located on the outer side of the crawler main body along the crawler width direction. The first and second anti-rolling mechanisms of the protrusions adjacent to each other in the crawler circumferential direction may face each other in the crawler width direction.
According to the rubber crawler according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the number of parts and simplify the assembling work of the cored bar.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the present embodiment, the

As shown in FIG. 4, the
Here, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Next, an example of a method for manufacturing the

Next, the
Here, in this embodiment, since the
By the above, each member which comprises the molded object of the
As described above, according to the
Since the

In addition, since the
Moreover, since the clearance gap between the outer
Therefore, a part of the
Furthermore, since a
Therefore, a part of the
Further, as in the present embodiment, the
Further, since the maximum cross-sectional width of the
In the present embodiment, the size of the end portion on the outer
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, since the size is 1.0 mm or more and less than ½ of the maximum width of the
Further, since the
In addition, since the
In addition, since the protruding
In addition, as described above, even when the
In addition, since the first wheel

Next, a verification test was conducted on the above-described effects in the case where the wing portion was formed by forging and the projection portion was formed by casting.
As a conventional example, a cored bar in which a wing part and a pair of protrusions are integrally formed by casting is adopted, and as a practical example, a cored bar included in the rubber crawler shown in FIG. 1 is adopted. Both cores are formed so that the strength of the wings of the cores of each of the conventional examples and the examples is equal, and the weight of each cored bar is positioned in the vicinity of the protrusions in the wings of each cored bar. The thickness of the root portion was measured.
The root portion is a portion where the largest distortion occurs when a force is applied from the inner peripheral surface side of the crawler body to a portion located between the pair of protrusions in the wing portion.
Then, using the conventional example as the evaluation standard (100), the weight and the wall thickness of the cored bar of the example were evaluated by an index. The weight and the thickness index indicate that the smaller the numerical value, the better.
As a result, in the example, the weight was 86 and the wall thickness was 67. Thereby, in the core metal of the Example, it was confirmed that the core metal can be reduced in weight while ensuring the strength of the wing section and the thickness of the wing section can be reduced.
