Description
図1を参照すると、対物レンズから異なる距離に在る対象物104(または対象物104’)のための対物レンズ102に対する焦点面(FP)FP1(またはFP2)の位置を示すブロック図が示されている。対物レンズ102は一般的な対物レンズを表わしていて、1つまたは2つ以上の光学レンズ要素を含み得る。一般に、対物レンズ102は対象物104(または対象物104’)からの光線106(または光線108)を通過させ、FP1(またはFP2)上に収束する光線106’(または光線108’)を生成する。焦点面は、焦点合せされた対象物の画像の位置を表わす。典型的には、焦点面は画像形成装置(図示せず)、例えばCCD検出器、CMOS検出器またはイメージインテンシファイアの位置を表わす。
Claims (6)
- 画像形成装置に対して第1または第2の焦点位置に位置決めされる対物レンズアセンブリと、
該対物レンズアセンブリに結合される二元的焦点合せ制御装置と、
を備える、光学装置において、
前記対物レンズアセンブリは、
前記光学装置に結合されていて、水平方向のLOSに対する前記光学装置の配向を検出するように構成される視線(LOS)センサと、
検出される光学装置の配向に応答して前記第1または第2のいずれかの焦点位置を選択するための焦点セレクタと、を備えており、
前記二元的焦点合せ制御装置が、前記焦点セレクタに応答して、前記対物レンズアセンブリを前記第1または第2のいずれかの焦点位置まで前記画像形成装置に対して並進運動させるように構成されており、
前記LOSセンサは、振子アームを介して前記光学装置に連結される振子質量体を備えており、前記振子アームは前記光学装置の配向に応答して前記振子質量体と共に回転するものであり、
前記LOSセンサは、前記振子アームに連結されるリンク部を備えており、
前記焦点セレクタは、前記リンク部に連結されていて、前記振子質量体の回転に基づいて第1の空気圧システムにおいて第1または第2の位置に位置決めされる第1のピストン
を備えており、
前記第1のピストンの前記第1または第2の位置は、前記第1または第2の焦点位置にそれぞれ対応する、光学装置。 - 画像形成装置がイメージインテンシファイアまたは画像形成アレイを備える、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
- 前記第1の焦点位置が前記対物レンズアセンブリから遠位に位置決めされる対象物に関連付けられ、前記第2の焦点位置が前記対物レンズアセンブリに対してより近傍に位置決めされる対象物に関連付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の光学装置。
- 前記二元的焦点合せ制御装置は、選択される前記焦点位置に応答して前記対物レンズアセンブリを並進運動させるように、前記対物レンズアセンブリに結合されたレンズ位置決め部を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の光学装置。
- 前記LOSセンサが加速度計を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の光学装置。
- レンズ位置決め部をさらに備えており、
該レンズ位置決め部は、
前記第1の空気圧システムに結合されていて、対応する前記第1のピストンの前記第1または第2の位置に応答して第1または第2の追加位置に配置されるように構成される第2のピストンを備える、第2の空気圧システムと、
前記対物レンズアセンブリおよび前記第2のピストンに連結されていて、前記第2のピストンの前記第1または第2の追加位置に応答して前記対物レンズアセンブリを前記第1または第2のいずれかの焦点位置まで並進運動させるように構成される第2のリンク部と、を備える、請求項1に記載の光学装置。
