(b)空気を車室からバッテリ用吸気口161を介して供給するオプション、
(c)空気をオプション(a)および(b)の組み合わせに基づいて供給するオプション、で制御する。
Claims (11)
- 電動車両またはハイブリッド電動車両の暖房、換気、および空調システムであって、
ケーシング(110)と、
前記ケーシング(110)の内部に配置される送風機(120)と、
前記ケーシング(110)の外部に配置されるバッテリ通風ダクト(160)と、を備え、
前記ケーシング(110)は、
前記送風機(120)の上流に設けられる第1吸気口(111)と、
前記送風機(120)の下流に設けられる第1排気口(112)と、を含み、
前記バッテリ通風ダクト(160)は、前記第1排気口(112)に接続され、
前記バッテリ通風ダクト(160)は、
車室(190)の内部と連通するバッテリ用吸気口(161)と、
バッテリ用吸気制御バルブと、を有し、
前記バッテリ用吸気制御バルブは、前記バッテリに供給される空気を:
(a)冷却空気を前記暖房、換気、および空調システムから前記第1排気口(112)を通って供給するオプション、
(b)空気を前記車室(190)から前記バッテリ用吸気口(161)を通って供給するオプション、および
(c)空気をオプション(a)および(b)の組み合わせに基づいて供給するオプション、で制御し、
前記バッテリ用吸気制御バルブは、第1フラップ(170;270)を備え、
前記第1フラップ(170;270)は、前記第1排気口(112)および前記バッテリ用吸気口(161)を同時に制御し、かつ2つの最遠端位置の間で移動可能であり、
前記第1フラップは、
前記第1排気口(112)を第1最遠端位置で閉じ、
前記バッテリ用吸気口(161)を第2最遠端位置で閉じ、
前記車室の空気温度が15℃以下である場合に、閉じバルブ(180)は開き位置にあり、前記第1フラップ(170;270)は前記第1最遠端位置にあり、
前記車室の空気温度が15℃を上回り、かつ、20℃以下である場合に、前記閉じバルブ(180)は閉じ位置にあり、前記第1フラップ(170;270)は前記第2最遠端位置にあり、
車室の空気温度が20℃を上回る場合に、前記閉じバルブ(180)は開き位置にあり、前記第1フラップ(170;270)は前記第2最遠端位置にある、暖房、換気、および空調システム。 - 前記ケーシング(110)は、さらに、
空気を前記車室に供給する第2排気口(113)と、
前記第2排気口(113)を制御する閉じバルブ(180)と、を備える、請求項1に記載の暖房、換気、および空調システム。 - 補助送風機(162)が前記バッテリ通風ダクト(160)の内部に配設される、請求項1又は2に記載の暖房、換気、および空調システム。
- 前記第1フラップ(170)は、閉じ部分(1701)と、回動部分(1702)と、を備え、
前記閉じ部分(1701)は、板の形状を有し、
前記第1フラップは、前記ケーシング(110)または前記バッテリ通風ダクト(160)に、前記回動部分(1702)を介して回動可能に取り付けられる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の暖房、換気、および空調システム。 - 前記第1フラップ(270)は、
閉じ部分(2701)と、
回動部分(2702)と、
支持部分(2703)と、を備え、
前記閉じ部分(2701)には、円筒面が形成され、
前記第1フラップは、前記ケーシング(110)または前記バッテリ通風ダクト(160)に、前記回動部分を介して回動可能に取り付けられ、
前記支持部分(2703)は、前記回動部分(2702)および前記閉じ部分(2701)を接続する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の暖房、換気、および空調システム。 - フィルタ(380)は、前記第1吸気口(111)と前記送風機(120)との間に配設される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の暖房、換気、および空調システム。
- 前記ケーシング(110)にはさらに、前記第1吸気口(111)と前記送風機(120)との間にある第2吸気口(312)が設けられ、
前記第1吸気口(111)は、前記車室の外部に接続され、
前記第2吸気口は前記車室(190)の内部に接続される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の暖房、換気、および空調システム。 - 前記第1吸気口(111)および前記第2吸気口(312)は、2つの最遠端位置の間で移動可能である第2フラップ(390)により制御され、
前記第2フラップは、前記第1吸気口を第1最遠端位置で閉じ、前記第2吸気口を第2最遠端位置で閉じる、請求項7記載の暖房、換気、および空調システム。 - 前記第2フラップ(390)は、
