Claims (4)
- 地中の熱を採熱する採熱手段により採熱された熱を蓄える蓄熱手段と、
前記蓄熱手段の蓄熱を移動させる熱媒体が流れる流路と、
前記熱媒体と外部装置との熱交換が行われる熱交換手段とを備え、
前記蓄熱手段は建物の基礎の内部に設けられ、
前記蓄熱手段には、前記建物の所在地の地中の温度よりも融点が5℃以内で高い潜熱蓄熱材と、前記建物の所在地の地中の温度よりも融点が5℃以内で低い潜熱蓄熱材とが含まれていることを特徴とする蓄熱装置。 - 前記建物の所在地の地中の温度よりも融点が5℃以内で高い潜熱蓄熱材又は前記建物の所在地の地中の温度よりも融点が5℃以内で低い潜熱蓄熱材は、水、ノルマルパラフィン、ステアリン酸、酢酸ナトリウム水和物、チオ硫酸ナトリウム水和物、炭酸ナトリウム十水和物 第二リン酸ナトリウム、塩化カルシウム、第四級アンモニウム塩水和物、脂肪酸トリグリセリド、アルキレンオキシド重合体、デカグリセリン−ラウリン酸反応物、デカグリセリン−ミリスチン酸反応物、デカグリセリン−パルミチン酸反応物、デカグリセリン−ステアリン酸反応物、デカグリセリン−ベヘン酸反応物、エリスリトール又はキシリトールの少なくともいずれか一つを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記建物の所在地の地中の温度よりも融点が5℃以内で高い潜熱蓄熱材又は前記建物の所在地の地中の温度よりも融点が5℃以内で低い潜熱蓄熱材は、液体、固体又はゲル状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蓄熱装置。
- 前記建物の所在地の地中の温度よりも融点が5℃以内で高い潜熱蓄熱材又は前記建物の所在地の地中の温度よりも融点が5℃以内で低い潜熱蓄熱材は、カプセルに内包されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の蓄熱装置。
