Description
しかし、本構成の如く、本体部の円筒部から連続して円錐部の内壁に対向する領域にオイル捕集材を配置すると、捕集されたオイルはオイル排出部近くの下方領域まで本体部の内側面とオイル捕集材と間の空間を流下する。これにより、オイル捕集材の表面側(本体部の内方側)から一旦捕集されたオイルがオイル混合ガス中に再び飛散する不具合を抑制することができる。
図1に示すように、オイル分離装置1は、本体部2と、ガス導入部3と、ガス排出部4と、オイル排出部5と、を備える。
本体部2の内側面20のうちガス導入部3と同じ高さの領域を含む上方領域(円筒部21の内側面21a)にのみオイル捕集材6を配置した場合、下方領域(円錐部22の内側面22a)はオイル捕集材6が存在しない領域となる。このため、空間7を流下したオイルが下方領域(円錐部22の内側面22a)においてオイル混合ガスと直接接触する状態となり、一旦捕集されたオイルが再びオイル混合ガス中に飛散する虞がある。
(1)上記の実施形態では、本体部2を円筒部21と円錐部22とを組み合わせて構成する例を示したが、本体部2は全体が下方に向けて徐々に縮径する円錐状に構成されていてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 本体部と、
前記本体部の側壁に設けられオイル混合ガスを前記本体部の内部に導入するガス導入部と、
前記本体部の上壁に設けられ前記オイル混合ガスからオイルが分離されたガスを前記本体部の外部に排出するガス排出部と、
前記本体部の内側面に配置され、前記ガス導入部と前記本体部の内部とを連通させる開口部を有するオイル捕集材と、を備え、
前記オイル捕集材に捕集されたオイルが流下する空間を前記オイル捕集材と前記内側面との間に設け、
前記本体部は、円筒形状であって前記ガス導入部が設けられる円筒部と、前記円筒部の下端に連続し下方に向けて縮径される円錐部と、を有し、
前記オイル捕集材は、前記円筒部の内壁に対向する領域に配置されるサイクロン式オイル分離装置。 - 前記オイル捕集材は、前記円筒部から連続して前記円錐部の内壁に対向する領域に配置される請求項1記載のサイクロン式オイル分離装置。
- 前記オイル捕集材を多孔質材で構成した請求項1または2に記載のサイクロン式オイル分離装置。
