Claims (7)
- 第1入力軸及び第2入力軸と、
動力源からの動力を前記第1入力軸に伝達可能な第1摩擦クラッチと、
前記動力源からの動力を前記第2入力軸に伝達可能な第2摩擦クラッチと、
前記第1入力軸及び第2入力軸からの動力を断接することで、複数の変速段の何れかを選択して変速可能な変速ギヤ機構と、
前記変速ギヤ機構からの動力を出力する出力軸と、
を備えた車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機に於いて、
前記変速ギヤ機構は、前記第1入力軸及び第2入力軸と同時に接続されて一体に回転可能な共有ギヤを備えたことを特徴とする車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。
- 請求項1記載の車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機において、前記共有ギヤは、第1入力軸及び第2入力軸と同軸に配置されたことを特徴とする車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。
- 請求項1又は2記載の車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機において、車両発進時に、前記変速ギヤ機構によって1速段が選択された状態で前記第1摩擦クラッチ及び第2摩擦クラッチの各々を、トルク伝達容量の最大値又は中間値以上で同時に結合し、前記動力源からの動力を前記第1摩擦クラッチ及び第2摩擦クラッチを介して前記出力軸に伝達可能であることを特徴とする車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。
- 請求項1又は2記載の車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機において、車両発進時に、前記変速ギヤ機構によって1速段が選択された状態で前記第1摩擦クラッチ及び第2摩擦クラッチの何れか一方を結合後に他方を結合し、前記動力源からの動力を前記出力軸に伝達可能であることを特徴とする車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。
- 請求項2記載の車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機において、前記変速ギヤ機構は、
前記複数の変速段を構成する複数のギヤ列と、
前記複数のギヤ列の何れか一列を選択して前記第1入力軸に接続可能な第1切替クラッチと、
前記複数のギヤ列の何れか一列を選択して前記第2入力軸に接続可能な第2切替クラッチと、
を備えたことを特徴とする車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。
- 請求項5記載の車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機において、前記変速ギヤ機構は、
前記第1切替クラッチによって少なくとも1速段を含む複数の変速段の何れかを選択して変速可能な第1変速ギヤ機構と、
前記第2切替クラッチによって少なくとも2速段を含む複数の変速段の何れかを選択して変速可能な第2変速ギヤ機構と、
を備えたことを特徴とする車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。
- 請求項6記載の車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機において、前記第1変速ギヤ機構又は第2変速ギヤ機構によって変速された動力を、前記1速段及び2速段を含む低速段と少なくとも最高速段を含む高速段との何れか一方を選択して前記出力軸に伝達可能な第3切替クラッチを備えたことを特徴とする車両用デュアルクラッチ式変速機。
