Claims (5)
- CO2供給とNH3供給とを備え、尿素合成プロセスから由来するパージガスを供給するように設計された尿素合成パージラインをさらに備える尿素プラントであって、前記パージラインがユーティリティプラントまたはNH3プラントの燃料ガス投入ラインに接続されており、稼働中のパージガス中の酸素濃度が0〜1モル%の間であることを特徴とする尿素プラント。
- 合成装置と合成配管とを備え、前記合成装置および合成配管用の材料として、0〜0.05重量%のC、0〜0.8重量%のSi、0.3〜4重量%のMn、28〜35重量%のCr、3〜10重量%のNi、1.0〜4.0重量%のMo、0.2〜0.6重量%のN、0〜1.0重量%のCu、0〜2.0重量%のW、0〜0.010重量%のS、0〜0.2重量%のCeを含有し、残りがFeならびに通常生じる不純物および添加剤であり、フェライト含量が30〜70体積%である二相フェライト-オーステナイトが使用される、請求項1に記載の尿素プラント。
- 酸素がパージガス中に存在しないことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の尿素プラント。
- パージ流がアンモニアプラントの改質部に向けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の尿素プラント。
- パージ流が蒸気ボイラーの燃料ガス供給に向けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の尿素プラント。
