Claims (7)
- 委縮症の膀胱の容積を増大させるためのインプラントであって、当該インプラントは、ドーム状の半球体の装置(100、200)から構成され、内部が、所定の容積を有する空洞であり、熱分解性の乱層構造炭素または非晶質のダイヤモンド状炭素を用いて被覆されたシリコーンである生体適合性の材料から一体成形にて形成され、上記半球体の内面および外面は、培養された細胞の播種による被覆はなされておらず、
上記半球体は、患者の体内に埋め込まれた後に、患者の組織の再構成の過程によって生じる線維性被膜由来の自家細胞が上記半球体上に成長するための足場として機能し、
上記インプラントは、上記半球体の内面および外面に培養された細胞の播種による被覆がなされずに、使用する準備が整っており、且つ
上記半球体(100)の厚さは、自立性のインプラントとなるように、0.1mm〜2cmの間で変動することを特徴とするインプラント。 - 上記半球体の直径は約80mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインプラント(100、200)。
- 上記半球体は上向きの縁(1)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のインプラント(100、200)。
- 上記半球体は0.1mm〜2cmの範囲の厚み(3;4)、好ましくは約0.5mm〜0.6mmの範囲の厚み(3;4)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(100、200)。
- 上記半球体は上記縁(1)上に複数個の穴(2)を有しており、好ましくは当該穴の直径が0.1mm〜3.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のインプラント(100)。
- 熱分解性の乱層構造炭素または非晶質のダイヤモンド状炭素の上記被覆(5)は、約0.2ミクロン〜0.3ミクロンのマイクロフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(200)。
- 上記膀胱に対する縫合は、吸収性の物質または非吸収性の物質、好ましくは吸収性の物質から作製された縫合糸を用いることによって行われることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(100、200)。
