Description
Claims (12)
- 内燃機関用の弁装置であって、
ハウジング(2)を備え、該ハウジング(2)内に少なくとも1つの流入部(4,6)と流出部(8)とが形成されており、
少なくとも1つの通過開口(10,12)を備え、該通過開口(10,12)を介して前記少なくとも1つの流入部(4,6)が、前記少なくとも1つの流出部(8)に流体接続可能であり、
少なくとも1つの弁閉鎖部材(18,20)を備え、該弁閉鎖部材(18,20)を介して前記通過開口(10,12)が制御可能であり、
アクチュエータ(56)によって並進的に運動可能な1つの弁ロッド(22)を備え、該弁ロッド(22)に前記少なくとも1つの弁閉鎖部材(18,20)が配置されており、
ばね(32)を備え、該ばね(32)が前記弁ロッド(22)を取り囲んでいて、該ばね(32)の第1の端部が、前記1つの弁閉鎖部材(18)に支持されていて、反対の側の第2の端部が、ストッパエレメント(20)に支持されており、
さらに、ほぼ前記ばね(32)を取り囲むエレメントを備える、
内燃機関用の弁装置において、
前記ばね(32)を取り囲むエレメントが、主として、互いに内外に係合し半径方向で閉じられた2つの周面(46,48)により形成されており、両周面のうち第1の周面(46)は前記少なくとも1つの弁閉鎖部材(18)に接触していて、該弁閉鎖部材(18)と共に運動可能であり、第2の周面(48)は前記ストッパエレメント(20)に接触しており、前記弁閉鎖部材(18)は前記ストッパエレメント(20)に対して相対的に運動可能であることを特徴とする、内燃機関用の弁装置。 - 互いに内外に係合し半径方向で閉じられた前記周面(46,48)のうち一方の周面(48)は、他方の周面(46)内に配置されており、該他方の周面(46)の内径は、前記一方の周面(48)の外径よりも大きく形成されている、請求項1記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 互いに内外に係合し半径方向で閉じられた前記周面(46,48)が、ポット状の構成部分(42,44)に形成されており、該ポット状の構成部分(42,44)の底部(50,52)を貫いて前記弁ロッド(22)が貫通している、請求項1または2記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 前記ポット状の構成部分(42,44)は深絞り成形部品である、請求項3記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 前記ばね(32)は、前記ポット状の構成部分(42,44)の底部(50,52)を第1の側では前記ストッパエレメント(20)に押圧しており、反対の側の第2の側では前記弁閉鎖部材(18)に押圧している、請求項3または4記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 前記弁閉鎖部材(18)は前記弁ロッド(22)に沿って並進運動可能に配置されていて、前記ばね(32)を介して、前記弁ロッド(22)に結合されているストッパ(24)の方向に押圧されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 前記弁ロッド(22)の端部が、雄ねじ山(30)を有していて、該雄ねじ山(30)に、前記ストッパ(24)として働くナット(28)が螺合されている、請求項6記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 前記弁ロッド(22)に、前記ばね(32)のためのストッパエレメントとして働く第2の弁閉鎖部材(20)が、第1の弁閉鎖部材(18)から間隔を置いて配置されており、該第2の弁閉鎖部材(20)を介して、第2の流入部(6)または流出部に通じた第2の通過開口(12)が制御可能である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 前記両弁閉鎖部材(18,20)が切欠き(34,36)を有し、該切欠き(34,36)は、前記ポット状の構成部分(42,44)の底部(50,52)に対応する形状を有し、該切欠き(34,36)内に前記ポット状の構成部分(42,44)が突入している、請求項8記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 前記両弁閉鎖部材(18,20)に、前記ばね(32)の内部にまで延びる環状の突出部(38,40)が形成されている、請求項8または9記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 前記両弁閉鎖部材(18,20)は前記弁ロッド(22)に沿って並進的に摺動可能に配置されていて、前記両弁閉鎖部材(18,20)の間の前記ばね(32)によってそれぞれ逆向きに、前記両弁閉鎖部材(18,20)の、前記ばね(32)とは反対の側で前記弁ロッド(22)に形成されているストッパ(24,26)の方向に押圧されている、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
- 前記両弁閉鎖部材(18,20)は、前記ばね(32)によって、それぞれ対応する弁座(14,16)の方向に押圧されている、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の弁装置。
