Claims (7)
- 第1の取付部材と第2の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体で連結されていると共に、壁部の一部が該本体ゴム弾性体で構成された受圧室と壁部の一部が可撓性膜で構成された平衡室とが形成されて、それら受圧室と平衡室に非圧縮性流体が封入されていると共に、それら受圧室と平衡室を相互に連通するオリフィス通路が設けられた流体封入式防振装置において、
前記受圧室と前記平衡室を仕切る仕切部材に対してそれら受圧室と平衡室を連通する連通口が形成されていると共に、該連通口に対して該受圧室側から重ね合わされて該連通口を覆蓋する弾性ゴム板が配設されて、該弾性ゴム板の一方の面に該受圧室の圧力が及ぼされ且つ他方の面に該連通口を通じて該平衡室の圧力が及ぼされている一方、
該弾性ゴム板の外周縁部には該仕切部材に対する重ね合わせ状態に保持される当接保持部が設けられていると共に、該弾性ゴム板における該当接保持部の周方向端部間には該受圧室と該平衡室の圧力差に基づいて弾性変形が許容される変形許容領域が形成されており、
更に、該変形許容領域と該仕切部材の間に隙間が形成されて、該受圧室と該平衡室を相互に連通する連通路が該隙間を含んで構成されており、振動が入力されていない初期状態で該隙間を含む該連通路が連通状態とされていることを特徴とする流体封入式防振装置。 - 前記仕切部材の前記受圧室側の面に開口する凹所が形成されて、該凹所が前記連通口に連通されていると共に、該凹所の開口における該連通口への連通側端部が前記弾性ゴム板の前記変形許容領域で覆われて前記隙間が形成されている請求項1に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記弾性ゴム板の前記変形許容領域には、前記平衡室側の面が前記当接保持部の該平衡室側の面よりも前記受圧室側に位置する離隔部が設けられており、該当接保持部が前記仕切部材の該受圧室側の面に当接していると共に、該変形許容領域の該離隔部が該仕切部材の該受圧室側の面に対して離隔配置されて前記隙間が形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記変形許容領域の周方向端部と前記当接保持部の周方向端部との間に切込みが形成されており、該変形許容領域が該切込みによって該当接保持部に対して周方向で分離されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記変形許容領域の周方向端部と前記当接保持部の周方向端部との間には、該変形許容領域よりも弾性変形し易い低ばね部が形成されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記当接保持部が厚肉ゴム部によって構成されていると共に、該厚肉ゴム部を挟んで前記仕切部材と反対側に押圧保持部材が設けられて、該厚肉ゴム部が該押圧保持部材で該仕切部材に対して押し付けられて弾性的に狭圧保持されており、更に該厚肉ゴム部の周方向間に位置する前記変形許容領域が該厚肉ゴム部よりも薄肉とされている請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
- 前記弾性ゴム板の中央部分に中央取付部が一体形成されており、該中央取付部が前記仕切部材に対して固定状態で取り付けられていると共に、該中央取付部から外周側に向かって延びるスポーク状保持部が設けられており、該スポーク状保持部の先端部分から周方向に延びるようにして前記当接保持部が設けられている請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の流体封入式防振装置。
