Description
Claims (9)
- 第1の表面及び第2の表面によって画定される複合体基材;並びに
少なくとも2つの歯を有する金属基材を備える、車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体であって、
前記歯は、前記複合体基材と係合し、
前記少なくとも2つの歯のうち少なくとも一方の1つの前記歯は、前記第1の表面上に位置決めされ、前記少なくとも2つの歯のうち他方の少なくとも1つの前記歯は、前記第2の表面上に位置決めされており、これにより、前記金属基材が前記複合体基材に係合しており、
そして、前記複合体基材と前記金属基材が巻かれた状態で車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体に形成されている車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体。 - 前記金属基材を前記複合体基材に接着するための固定手段を更に含む、請求項1に記載の車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体。
- 前記金属基材は、前記複合体チューブシャフトをトルク伝達要素に取り付けるための取り付け領域を含む、請求項1に記載の車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体。
- 前記取り付け領域は、基部を含み、これにより、前記少なくとも2つの歯が前記基部から延伸して、前記複合体基材の前記第1及び第2の表面上に位置決めされる、請求項3に記載の車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体。
- 前記金属基材の前記歯は、鋸歯状である、請求項1に記載の車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体。
- 前記金属基材は開口部を含む、請求項1に記載の車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体。
- 前記金属基材は逆棘を含む、請求項1に記載の車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体。
- 前記歯は等しくサイズ決めされ、互いに等間隔に離間されている、請求項1に記載の車両の複合体チューブシャフト組立体。
- 平坦な複合体基材を位置決めすること;
少なくとも2つの歯を有する金属基材を、前記複合体基材に対して概ね平坦に位置決めすること;
前記金属基材の前記少なくとも2つの歯の一方を前記複合体基材の第1の表面上に、及び前記金属基材の前記少なくとも2つの歯の他方を前記複合体基材の第2の表面上に位置決めし、前記複合体基材の端部を、前記金属基材の基部に取付けること;
前記金属基材の前記少なくとも2つの歯及び前記複合体基材に固定手段を塗布すること;
前記複合体基材及び前記金属基材を巻いてチューブシャフトを形成すること;並びに
前記チューブシャフトを硬化させること
を含む、複合体チューブシャフトの製造方法。
