Claims (7)
- 食品産業における容器(101、201、301)に中身を充填するための充填装置であり、充填量を決定するための少なくとも一つの計量手段を具備し、前記少なくとも一つの計量手段は少なくとも一つの圧電素子(203、303)を具備し、
前記少なくとも一つの圧電素子(203、303)は、前記容器(101、201、301)の首の部位をつかむネック・ハンドリング・クランプ(202、302)の上面に配置されている、充填装置。 - 充填されるべき容器が前記少なくとも一つの圧電素子に機械的に接続されるように当該装置は設計される、請求項1に記載の充填装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの圧電素子は、充填動作中に圧縮されるように配置される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の充填装置。
- 充填されるべき容器と前記少なくとも一つの圧電素子の間にカバー部材(204)が配置されるように当該装置は設計される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の充填装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの計量手段は少なくとも一つのバネ部材(308)をさらに具備する、請求項1に記載の充填装置。
- 充填されるべき容器が前記少なくとも一つのバネ部材を変形するように、その結果、前記充填されるべき容器が前記少なくとも一つの圧電素子に機械的接触をするように、前記少なくとも一つのバネ部材は配置及び/または具現される、請求項5に記載の充填装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの圧電素子に所定の電圧が印加され得るように設計及び/または配置される電圧源をさらに具備する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の充填装置。
