Description
−互いに相補的な2つのシェルを熱可塑性プラスチック材料から製造する工程と、
−中空支持要素の形態の取付部品を、該中空支持要素のそれぞれが材料接合および/または形状嵌合によってシェルに接続されるように、各シェルに導入する工程であって、支持要素のそれぞれが、互いに掛止可能な相補的プラグ端部を有し、一方の支持要素内にシリンダ状の閉止体が変位可能に配置されているものと、
−支持要素同士が互いに係合してタンクを貫通する中空支柱を形成するように、シェル同士を接合する工程と、
−閉止体を、掛止接続部の背後に係合する位置内に移動させる工程と、
を有することで特徴付けられる、上述した種類のタンクを製造するための方法によって達成される。

Claims (11)
- 互いに相補的な2つのシェルから構成される自動車用のタンク(1)、特に、自動車用の燃料タンクまたは補助流体タンクであって、前記シェルが、前記タンク(1)の対向する壁領域(3a、3b)同士を接続する少なくとも1つの支柱によって互いに支持され、前記支柱が中空支柱(4)として構成され、前記中空支柱(4)が2つの要素で構成され、前記中空支柱(4)の前記要素同士がプラグ接続を介して互いに掛止され、掛止接続部が少なくとも1つの閉止体(12)によって固定されているものであり、
前記中空支柱(4)の前記要素(4a、4b)のそれぞれが、関連する前記シェルの壁に溶接および/またはリベット止めされており、
前記中空支柱(4)の前記要素(4a、4b)が、互いの中に掛止されるスリーブ端部(7)およびプラグ端部(8)を有することを特徴とするタンク(1)。 - 前記固定位置にある閉止体が、少なくとも前記掛止接続部と同じ高さで少なくとも部分的に前記中空支柱(1)の横断面を塞ぐものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記シェルおよび前記中空支柱(4)が好ましくは熱可塑性プラスチック材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のタンク。
- 少なくとも1つの掛止ばね(10)が前記プラグ端部(8)に設けられ、前記掛止ばねが、前記スリーブ端部(7)の対応して構成された掛止凹部(11)に係合することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタンク。
- 前記閉止体(12)は、伸長された位置にて、関連する掛止凹部(11)に係合している前記掛止ばね(10)を保持することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタンク。
- 前記閉止体(12)が、固定位置で前記掛止接続部の背後に係合するシリンダとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のタンク。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のタンクを製造するための方法において、
−互いに相補的な2つのシェルを熱可塑性プラスチック材料から製造する工程と、
−中空支持要素の形態の取付部品を、該中空支持要素のそれぞれが溶接および/またはリベット止めによって前記シェルに接続されるように、各シェルに導入する工程であって、前記支持要素のそれぞれが、互いの中に掛止可能な相補的スリーブ端部およびプラグ端部を有し、一方の支持要素内にシリンダ状の閉止体が支持要素に変位可能に配置されているものと、
−前記支持要素同士が互いに係合して前記中空支柱を形成するように、前記シェル同士を接合する工程と、
−前記閉止体を、掛止接続部の背後に係合する位置内に移動させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記シェルが成形金型内で成形され、そして前記支持要素が前記成形の間および直後に前記シェルに導入されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記閉止体が、外側から塑性変形されて堅固に陥入されているタンク壁によって、前記掛止接続部の背後に係合する位置内に移動されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記タンクが押出ブロー成形によって製造され、かつ前記タンク壁が前記ブロー成形金型内でプランジャによって陥入されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記シェルの成形、前記支持要素の導入、および陥入部の形成が、押出成形されたプラスチック材料からの可塑化熱を利用して行われることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
