Claims (4)
- 上側に開口部が形成されるセンサハウジングと、
前記センサハウジングに回転可能に設けられるシャフトと、
前記シャフトの上側に配置されるマグネットと、
少なくとも一つの磁気素子が前記マグネットと向かい合う面に実装され、前記センサハウジングの内部に突出形成された複数個の支持突起の上端に設置される印刷回路基板と、
前記開口部を覆うセンサカバーと、
前記センサハウジングと前記センサカバーとの間に介在して、前記センサハウジングの内部に水分及び汚染物質の流入を遮断するシーリング部材と、
前記センサカバーと前記印刷回路基板との間に介在して、前記印刷回路基板を前記支持突起側に加圧する複数個の弾性部材と、
前記複数個の弾性部材の両端を支持する支持ユニットと、を含み、
前記支持ユニットは、
前記複数個の支持突起の上側に突出形成される第1ボスと、
前記印刷回路基板の前記第1ボスと対応する位置に貫通形成されるボスホールと、
前記センサカバーの前記第1ボスと対応する面に前記第1ボスに向く方向に突出形成される第2ボスと、
を含むことを特徴とする自動車用車高センサモジュール。 - 前記弾性部材は、圧縮コイルスプリングである、請求項1に記載の自動車用車高センサモジュール。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記第1及び第2ボスに両端が結合されるゴム材質のベローズスプリングである、請求項1に記載の自動車用車高センサモジュール。
- 前記磁気素子は、ホール素子である、請求項1に記載の自動車用車高センサモジュール。
