Description
そこで、このような搬送動力を低減する方法の一例が、特許文献1に記載されている。
熱媒体は、冷水戻りライン400b、420d、430dから例えば12℃で戻って液体状で利用側熱交換器400に流入し、冷媒と熱交換して例えば7℃程度まで温度低下し、固・液混合の状態に性状が変化して冷水(往き)ライン400a、420c、430cへ導かれ、ポンプ402により需要元(各建物16a〜16j)の熱交換器410、420、430に送られる。
Claims (5)
- チラーまたは冷凍機の利用側熱交換器で熱交換して温度低下した熱媒体を、需要元の熱交換器に送液する熱搬送システムにおいて、
前記熱媒体は、前記利用側熱交換器における温度範囲では潜熱を有し、かつ水よりも熱容量の大きい蓄冷材を含んでおり、前記利用側熱交換器と需要元の前記熱交換器とを結ぶ熱媒体のライン中に周期的な流速変動を付与可能な回転数可変ポンプを含む配管抵抗低減手段を複数配置し、これら複数配置された配管抵抗低減手段の流速変動周期を同期させる制御装置を設けたことを特徴とする熱搬送システム。 - 前記制御装置は複数配置された前記配管抵抗低減手段の流速変動周期を配管径によって変動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱搬送システム。
- 前記流速変動の周期を10秒以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱搬送システム。
- 前記蓄冷材は水にパラフィンワックスなどの有機物を10〜40%程度混合した液であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の熱搬送システム。
- 前記蓄冷材はマイクロカプセルの状態で構成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱搬送システム。
