Description
Claims (8)
- 被検体内に挿入される長尺で可撓性を有する挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端に配置された先端部と、
前記先端部に配設された超音波観察部と、
前記超音波観察部の近傍から生体組織を押圧するように当該超音波観察部の突出方向に流体を噴出可能な開口部と、
前記開口部に連通する流体管路と、
前記流体管路を流通する流体の流量を任意のデューティ比で制御することによる流体の噴出によって前記生体組織が受ける押圧力を周期的に変化させる第1流量調整部と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡。 - 前記先端部に配設された観察窓を含み、
前記開口部は、前記観察窓に向けて流体を噴出する送気送水ノズルおよび処置具を導出する吸引兼鉗子口とは別に設けた副送水チャンネル口であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。 - 前記開口部は、前記超音波観察部の突出方向且つ前記超音波観察部から離間する方向に流体を噴出する方向に指向して開口されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記開口部は、前記超音波観察部の走査領域に対してオフセットした位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記開口部は、前記先端部に装着されるアダプタに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 被検体内に挿入される長尺で可撓性を有する挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端に配置された先端部と、前記先端部に配設された超音波観察部と、前記超音波観察部の近傍から生体組織を押圧するように当該超音波観察部の突出方向に流体を噴出可能な開口部と、前記開口部に連通する流体管路と、を含む超音波内視鏡に適合する超音波内視鏡用送液装置であって、
前記流体管路に流体を導出する流体導出部と、
前記流体導出部から導出される流体の流量を任意のデューティ比で制御することによる流体の噴出によって前記生体組織が受ける押圧力を周期的に変化させる流量調整部と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡用送液装置。 - 被検体内に挿入される長尺で可撓性を有する挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端に配置された先端部と、前記先端部に配設された超音波観察部と、前記超音波観察部の近傍から生体組織を押圧するように当該超音波観察部の突出方向に流体を噴出可能な開口部と、前記開口部に連通する流体管路と、前記流体管路を流通する流体の流量を任意のデューティ比で制御することによる流体の噴出によって前記生体組織が受ける押圧力を変化させる第1流量調整部と、を含む超音波内視鏡と、
前記第1流量調整部を通じた流量調整によって前記開口部から噴出する流体の流量が所定の周期で変化するように制御することにより、前記超音波観察部が前記被検体を押圧する押圧状態を制御する押圧制御部と、
前記超音波観察部より取得した超音波信号に基づき弾性画像を生成する弾性画像生成部と、
を具備したことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡システム。 - 被検体内に挿入される長尺で可撓性を有する挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端に配置された先端部と、前記先端部に配設された超音波観察部と、前記超音波観察部の近傍から生体組織を押圧するように当該超音波観察部の突出方向に流体を噴出可能な開口部と、前記開口部に連通する流体管路と、を含む超音波内視鏡と、
前記流体管路に流体を導出する流体導出部と、前記流体導出部から導出される流体の流量を任意のデューティ比で制御することによる流体の噴出によって前記生体組織が受ける押圧力を変化させる流量調整部と、を含む超音波内視鏡用送液装置と、
前記流量調整部を通じた流量調整によって前記開口部から噴出する流体の流量が所定の周期で変化するように制御することにより、前記超音波観察部が前記被検体を押圧する押圧状態を制御する押圧制御部と、
前記超音波観察部より取得した超音波信号に基づき弾性画像を生成する弾性画像生成部と、
を具備したことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡システム。
