Description
次に、本発明の実施例1を詳細に説明する。
本発明の実施例2では、陽極リードの導出部を扁平形状にする潰し加工を、陽極体を成型する前に実施したことと、扁平形状を有する導出部の断面形状を台形状にした以外は、実施例1と同様の条件でチップ型固体電解コンデンサを作製した。
比較例では、図2の構造とした以外は、実施例1と同様の条件でチップ型固体電解コンデンサを作製した。

Claims (3)
- 多孔質層を備えた弁作用金属からなる陽極体と、前記陽極体に埋没する埋没部と前記陽極体から導出する導出部を有する陽極リードと、前記陽極体の表面に順次形成された誘電体層、固体電解質層、陰極部とを備えたコンデンサ素子を有し、前記コンデンサ素子は前記導出部と電気的に接続する陽極端子と、前記陰極部と電気的に接続する陰極端子を備えるとともに、絶縁材料により全面を覆う外装を備える固体電解コンデンサであって、前記導出部の少なくとも一部が、前記コンデンサ素子を実装する側の前記陽極端子の接続面に対して垂直な方向の寸法が前記埋没部の外形の寸法より大きい扁平形状を有し、前記扁平形状を有する前記導出部における最も外形寸法の大きい部位の端部と前記陽極端子を接続し、前記導出部における前記陽極端子との接続面が、前記陰極部における前記陰極端子との接続面と同一面上にあることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記埋没部の少なくとも一部が、前記陰極端子における前記陰極部との接続面に対して平行な方向に、扁平形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記弁作用金属が、アルミニウム、タンタル、ニオブ、チタンからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
