Description
従って初期の接着により、特にオートクレーブ中で車両タイヤの加硫に使用するために、エラストマー部材に適用した後、本発明の修復パッチは連接層の加硫またはオートクレーブまでの搬送の間および後の車両タイヤの配向の際も所望設置位置を維持することが出来る。

Claims (6)
- 車両タイヤ用の修復パッチであって、
−カバー層(10)と、
−該車両タイヤの壁(80)に連接するための連接層(30)と、
−該連接層(30)と該カバー層(10)の間に配置された少なくとも1個の中間層(20)と、
を有し、
−該連接層(30)は該車両タイヤとの加硫前に該修復パッチと該車両タイヤ間の連接が該修復パッチの少なくともその自重で伝達する初期接着力を有し、
−該連接層(30)は車両タイヤとの加硫後に少なくとも5N/mmの剥離値を有し、
該連接層(30)における素練り状の天然ゴムの該比率は20%〜70%であって、
該連接層(30)における液体ポリイソプレンゴムの該比率は2%〜10%であって、
該連接層(30)における樹脂の比率は1%〜10%であって、
該連接層(30)は90℃より高い時のみ反応する促進システムを含み、
該連接層の該促進システムは少なくとも0.5%のチアゾール促進剤と少なくとも0.2%のグアニジンのグループからの第二促進剤或いは他の任意のアミニック(aminic)促進剤を少なくとも0.2%を含み、
該連接層(30)の該初期接着力は該車両タイヤへの加硫前で少なくとも1N/mmであること、を特徴とする修復パッチ。 - 該連接層(30)は、素練り状の天然ゴム、液体ポリイソプレンゴム及び樹脂を含むこと、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の該修復パッチ。
- 少なくとも1個の剥離性保護フィルムが連接層(30)を使用されるまで泥の堆積から保護するため配設されていること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の該修復パッチ。
- 該中間層(20)は構造化された形式で配置された複数個のフィラメント状のインサート(70)を有すること、を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の該修復パッチ。
- 損傷した車両タイヤを修理するために請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の修復パッチを使用すること。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の修復パッチを連接する方法であって、
−車両タイヤを配設し、
−該車両タイヤの修復個所に該修復パッチを付着せしめ、
−該車両タイヤ上で該修復パッチを加硫し、該剥離値は該車両タイヤと該修復パッチの該連接層(30)の該加硫後に少なくとも5N/mmとなり、
−該車両タイヤに該修復パッチを付着せしめる前に、該修復パッチを該修復パッチの該連接層(30)の該加硫温度より低い予熱温度で予熱する、
工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。
