Claims (15)
- 電気活性高分子に強誘電性物質がドーピングされて形成された絶縁フィルムと、
前記絶縁フィルムの前面に形成された上部電極と、
前記絶縁フィルムの背面に前記上部電極に対応して形成された下部電極と、
を含み、
前記上部電極及び前記下部電極は、タッチ認識及び触覚的フィードバックのための電極として動作する、ハプティック一体型タッチスクリーン。 - 前記電気活性高分子は、シリコン、アクリル又はウレタンの誘電性エラストマーのいずれかである、請求項1に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーン。
- 前記強誘電性物質は、チタン酸バリウム、チタン酸鉛、ジルコン酸鉛又はニオブ酸カリウムのセラミック化合物のいずれかである、請求項1に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーン。
- 前記絶縁フィルムの厚さは、50〜200μmである、請求項1に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーン。
- 前記上部電極及び前記下部電極は、カーボンナノチューブ、有機導電性ポリマー、グラフェン、銀ナノワイヤ又はメタルメッシュのいずれかである、請求項1に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーン。
- 液状ポリマー中に強誘電性物質を含浸させて絶縁フィルムを形成する段階と、
前記絶縁フィルムの前面に上部電極を形成する段階と、
前記絶縁フィルムの背面に前記上部電極に対応する下部電極を形成する段階と、
を含む、ハプティック一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。 - 前記強誘電性物質は、セラミック化合物であり、
前記絶縁フィルムを形成する段階は、前記液状ポリマー中に前記セラミック化合物を1.0〜4.0重量%で含浸させる段階を含む、請求項6に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。 - 前記セラミック化合物は、前記液状ポリマー中に粉末の形態で含浸され、
前記セラミック化合物の粒子の大きさは50〜150nmである、請求項7に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。 - 前記セラミック化合物は、チタン酸バリウム、チタン酸鉛、ジルコン酸鉛又はニオブ酸カリウムのいずれかである、請求項7に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記液状ポリマー中に前記強誘電性物質を含浸させた後、
前記含浸された強誘電性物質を分散させる段階と、
前記強誘電性物質が分散した液状ポリマーを常温で放置し、その後乾燥させる段階と、
をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。 - 前記強誘電性物質が分散した液状ポリマーを常温で放置し、その後乾燥させる段階は、前記強誘電性物質が分散した液状ポリマーを、常温で2〜4時間放置し、100〜200℃の温度で4時間以上乾燥させる段階を更に含む、請求項10に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記上部電極及び前記下部電極は、カーボンナノチューブ、有機導電性ポリマー、グラフェン、銀ナノワイヤ又はメタルメッシュのいずれかを用いて形成される、請求項6に記載のハプティック一体型タッチスクリーンの製造方法。
- 画像を表示するディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネル上に配置され、使用者のタッチを認識して使用者に触覚的フィードバックを提供する役割を果たし、電気活性高分子に強誘電性物質がドーピングされて形成された絶縁フィルム、前記絶縁フィルムの前面に形成された上部電極、及び前記絶縁フィルムの背面に前記上部電極に対応して形成された下部電極を含み、前記上部電極及び前記下部電極がタッチ認識及び触覚的フィードバックのための電極として動作するハプティック一体型タッチスクリーンと、
前記ハプティック一体型タッチスクリーン上に配置される保護カバーと、
を含む、表示装置。 - 前記保護カバーは、ポリメタクリレート又はポリカーボネートの透明なプラスチックで形成される、請求項13に記載の表示装置。
- 前記ハプティック一体型タッチスクリーンと前記ディスプレイパネルとの間に配置される絶縁シートをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の表示装置。
