Description
本発明の一実施形態に係る電磁連結装置は、図1に示す励磁コイル3を有する磁極体1と、回転軸と一体回転可能に固定したロータと、回転軸の軸方向に沿ってロータに接離する方向に移動可能であって且つ磁極体1及びロータと共に磁気回路を形成し得るアーマチュアと、アーマチュアを回転方向に固定し且つ回転軸に対してロータと同軸で相対回転可能に設けられたギアまたはウォームホイールなどの回転体とを備えた電磁クラッチである。そして、ロータが出力回転体として機能し、ギアまたはウォームホイールなどの回転体が入力回転体として機能する場合、励磁コイル3に電流が供給されて励磁状態になると、アーマチュアは、磁極体1及びロータと共に磁気回路を形成し、この磁気回路を通る磁束によって発生する吸引力によりロータに接触する位置まで回転軸の軸方向に沿ってロータ側に吸引されてロータに押圧することにより、回転体の回転がアーマチュアを介してロータに伝達する。

Claims (3)
- コイル収容凹部を有するヨークと、前記コイル収容凹部に収容された励磁コイルと、前記コイル収容凹部で硬化した状態で前記ヨークに対して前記励磁コイルを固定するモールド樹脂とを備え、
前記モールド樹脂は、付与剤である硬化剤及び硬化促進剤とエポキシ樹脂を主成分とする主剤との組成物である液状のエポキシ樹脂組成物に充填材を添加した液状樹脂が前記コイル収容凹部で硬化したものであり、
前記充填材が球状溶融シリカのみであることを特徴とする電磁連結装置。 - 前記液状樹脂の主剤100重量部に対して外掛けで500重量部より多く800重量部未満の前記球状溶融シリカを添加している請求項1に記載の電磁連結装置。
- 前記球状溶融シリカの平均粒径が3μm乃至35μmである請求項1又は2に記載の電磁連結装置。
