試験方法:
材料または製品、特に本発明の多層フィルムまたは包装がフラッシュ可能であるかどうかを決定するために使用することのできる試験方法では、簡単な実験を用いて水のフラッシュ後の詰まりをシミュレートする。詰まりは、材料または製品が、フラッシュのために使用される水によって適切に粉砕されることができない場合に起こる。特定の孔径をもつ篩または、師板は、それぞれ、詰まりの程度の指標として使用することができる。試験方法において、1片の、層厚が30μmの10×10cmのフィルムを、温度23℃の500mlの水道水を含有する1000mlのガラス製ビーカーの中に入れ、500回転/分のマグネチックスターラーにより2分(分)間攪拌する。次に、ビーカーの内容物を、孔径が10mmのステンレス鋼篩を通じて「濾過し」、系を残渣についてチェックする。孔の詰まりを引き起こす材料を残渣と見なす。

低い水分レベルとの接触による本発明の剥離フィルムの剥離作用(release effect)は、規定の水分レベルの紙に対する剥離力[cN/cm]によって提示される。
Claims (16)
- A)水への曝露によって少なくとも粉砕可能であり、冷水に耐性であるかもしくは冷水への溶解を遅らせることができ、かつ、少なくとも1種の少なくとも部分的に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルに基づく、少なくとも1つの層であって、前記少なくとも1種の少なくとも部分的に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルが0.5〜10g/10分(ISO 1133に決定される、190℃/21.6kg)の範囲内のメルトインデックス(MFI)を有し、無機顔料および無機充填剤を含まない、前記層の層厚が1μm〜9μmである少なくとも1つの層と、
B)少なくとも1種の少なくとも部分的に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルと、水への溶解を促進させる少なくとも1種の物質とに基づく、少なくとも1つの冷水溶性層であって、 該物質が、生分解性ポリマー、界面活性剤、無機顔料および無機充填剤からなる群から選択され、前記冷水溶性層の総重量に基づいて0.1〜50重量%含有され、前記少なくとも1種の少なくとも部分的に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルが15〜45g/10分(ISO 1133に決定される、190℃/21.6kg)の範囲内のMFIを有し、前記冷水溶性層の総重量に基づいて少なくとも50重量%含有される冷水溶性層と、
から作成され、
前記無機顔料および無機充填剤が、ケイ酸塩、炭酸塩および酸化物からなる群から選択され、トイレの水で少なくともフラッシュ可能な熱可塑性層複合体を包含し、
前記層A)および場合により前記層B)が、水と接触して、少なくとも粒子を得るまで粉砕されることができ、前記粒子は少なくとも10mm未満のサイズであることを特徴とする、多層フィルム。 - 前記層A)が、少なくとも1種の完全に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルに基づくか、少なくとも1種の部分的に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルに基づくか、少なくとも2種の部分的に異なって加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルからなる混合物に基づくか、または少なくとも1種の部分的に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルと少なくとも1種の完全に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルからなる混合物に基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記冷水溶性層B)が、少なくとも1種の部分的に加水分解された、ポリ酢酸ビニルに基づくか、または少なくとも2種の部分的に異なって加水分解された、ポリ酢酸ビニルからなる混合物に基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層A)の前記部分的に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルの前記加水分解の程度が、85〜98モル%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層B)の前記部分的に加水分解されたポリ酢酸ビニルの前記加水分解の程度が、70〜95モル%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 水への溶解を促進させるために存在する前記界面活性剤が、陽イオン界面活性剤、陰イオン界面活性剤、非イオン界面活性剤、または両性界面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 水への溶解を促進させるために存在する前記生分解性ポリマーが、乳酸(エステル)ホモポリマーもしくは乳酸(エステル)共重合体、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート、デンプン、セルロース、セルロース誘導体、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、およびエチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体ならびに上記ポリマーの少なくとも2種からなる混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層A)も、生分解性ポリマーおよび界面活性剤からなる群から選択される、水への溶解を促進させる少なくとも1種の物質を、前記層A)の前記総重量に基づいて5〜35重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記フラッシュ可能な層複合体の弾性率が、DIN EN ISO 527により決定され、多くとも3000N/mm2であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 1つ以上の前記層A)が、前記多層フィルムの表面層に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムが、印刷されたフィルムおよび/または透明フィルムおよび/または着色フィルムおよび/またはシリコーン処理されたフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムが、前記層A)と前記層B)からなる層複合体、前記層B)がその表面の各々に層A)を有するように、層B)に直接隣接するさらなる層A)を有する層複合体、または、前記層B)がその表面に層A)と層B)を有するように、層B)に直接隣接するさらなる層B)を有する層複合体から構成される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルム。
- フラッシュ可能な包装を製造するための、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルムの使用。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルムで作成される、フラッシュ可能な包装。
- 洗濯用洗剤、食器用洗剤またはバスソルト用、または、衛生用品である、請求項13に記載のフラッシュ可能な包装。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルムで作成される、衛生用品の接着剤領域のフラッシュ可能な保護外装。
