Claims (4)
- 対向配置された一対の側板とこれら側板の各辺に沿って配置された4枚の枠材とを用いて形成された密閉空間と、
該密閉空間を真空引きするための排気口と、
前記密閉空間内に、前記一対の側板と略平行に配置された、内板と、
少なくとも一方の前記側板の内側面に当接することにより、前記密閉空間の内外の気圧差によって前記一対の側板が変形することを抑制するために、該内板に設けられた、複数の突起部と、
を有する真空断熱パネルであって、
前記突起部が、略円錐形に形成された端面で一方の前記側板に当接する小径円柱部と、略円錐形に形成された端面で他方の前記側板に当接する、該小径円柱部よりも大径の大径円柱部とが、前記内板よりも熱伝導率の低い材料で一体に形成され、
該突起部は、前記内板に設けられた貫通孔に該小径円柱部を挿通することによって、該大径円柱部と該小径円柱部との境界の段差面を該貫通孔の周縁部の面に当接した状態で、該内板に保持されたことを特徴とする真空断熱パネル。 - 前記突起部が、ガラス又はセラミックで形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記内板の側面に1個又は複数個の軽量化用貫通孔が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 対向配置された一対の側板とこれら側板の各辺に沿って配置された4枚の枠材とを用いて形成された密閉空間と、
該密閉空間を真空引きするための排気口と、
前記密閉空間内に、前記一対の側板と略平行に配置された、内板と、
少なくとも一方の前記側板の内側面に当接することにより、前記密閉空間の内外の気圧差によって前記一対の側板が変形することを抑制するために、該内板に設けられた、複数の突起部と、
を有する真空断熱パネルであって、
前記突起部が、前記内板よりも熱伝導率の低い材料で形成され、
前記枠材は、平板の中央部分を挟む側部をそれぞれ鈍角に折り曲げられ、且つ 該側部のそれぞれの端部を互いに平行となるように折り曲げられ、
これらの端部で、対応する前記側板に面接触すると共に、
前記中央部分とそれぞれの前記側部との境界部付近に、それぞれの前記側板に設けられた凸部が当接される、
ことを特徴とする真空断熱パネル。
