Description
酸化物に基づく重量百分率で前記酸化物の合計100%に対して、
ZrO2+HfO2:100%までの補完分、
4.0%<SiO2<6.5%、
Al2O3<0.6%、
0.2%<B2O3<1.5%、および
0.3%<Ta2O5
を含み、かつ下記要件:
HfO 2 <2%、
Nb2O5<1.5%、好ましくはNb2O5+Ta2O5<1.4%、
Na2O+K2O<0.2%、
BaO<0.2%、
P2O5<0.15%、
Fe2O3+TiO2<0.55%、
ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、BaO、P2O5、Fe2O3およびTiO2以外の酸化物種の合計含有量:<1.5%、および
Al2O3/B2O3の重量含有量の比A/Bが1.50未満である
を満たす溶融鋳造耐火製品に関する。
− Al2O3/B2O3の重量含有量の比A/Bは、1.40以下、好ましくは1.30未満、さらには1.20未満、さらには1.10未満である。
− Al2O3/B2O3の重量含有量の比A/Bは、0.10超、さらには0.20超、さらには0.30超である。
− ZrO2+HfO2の重量含有量の比は95.5%未満、さらには95.0%未満、さらには94.0%未満、かつ/または87.0%超、90.0%超、91.0%超、さらには92.0%超である。
− Al2O3/SiO2比は0.20未満、好ましくは0.15未満、好ましくは0.13未満、好ましくは0.10未満である。
− シリカSiO2の重量含有量は6.3%未満、6.0%未満、さらには5.8%未満または5.6%未満である。
− シリカSiO2の重量含有量は、4.2%超、さらには4.5%超、さらには4.8%超、さらには5.0%超、または5.2%超である。
− アルミナAl2O3の重量含有量は0.7%未満、0.6%未満、さらには0.55%未満、さらには0.5%未満である。
− アルミナAl2O3は不純物としてのみ存在する。
− Al2O3の重量含有量は0.2%超、さらには0.25%超である。
− B2O3の重量含有量は0.25%超、0.30%超、0.35%超、さらには0.4%超である。
− B2O3の重量含有量は1.2%未満、さらには1.0%未満、さらには0.80%未満、0.7%未満、0.6%未満、さらには0.55%未満である。
− Nb2O5+Ta2O5の合計重量含有量は0.4%超、好ましくは0.5%超、好ましくは0.6%超および/または1.3%未満、さらには1.2%未満である。
− Ta2O5の重量含有量は0.4%超、好ましくは0.5%超、好ましくは0.6%超および/または1.4%未満、さらには1.3%未満、さらには1.2%未満である。
− Nb2O5の重量含有量は1.0%未満、0.6%未満、さらには0.40%未満である。
− ZrO2/(Nb2O5+Ta2O5)の重量比は50超、80超および/または200未満、150未満である。
− (Na2O+K2O)の重量含有量は、0.1%未満、さらには0.05%未満である。
− P2O5の重量含有量は0.05%未満である。
− 鉄および/または、チタンおよび/またはカルシウムおよび/またはストロンチウムおよび/またはバリウムおよび/またはマグネシウムおよび/または亜鉛および/またはリンの酸化物は、不純物としてのみ存在する。
− 鉄および/またはチタンの酸化物の重量含有量Fe2O3+TiO2は0.4%未満、好ましくは0.3%未満、好ましくは0.2%未満である。
− カルシウムおよび/またはストロンチウムおよび/またはバリウムおよび/またはマグネシウムおよび/または亜鉛の酸化物の重量含有量は0.15%未満、好ましくは0.1%未満である。
− カルシウムおよび/またはストロンチウムおよび/またはバリウムおよび/またはマグネシウムおよび/または亜鉛の酸化物の合計重量含有量CaO+SrO+BaO+MgO+ZnOは0.3%未満、好ましくは0.2%未満、0.1%未満、0.05%未満である。
− 「他の酸化物種」の合計重量含有量は1.0%未満、0.6%未満、0.5%未満、さらには0.3%未満である。
− 「他の酸化物種」は、不純物のみで構成され、「他の酸化物種」の合計重量含有量は、0.6%未満、0.5%未満、さらには0.3%未満である。
− 酸化イットリウムY2O3の重量含有量は、1%未満、好ましくは0.5%未満、より好ましくは0.4%未満、さらには0.3%未満、さらには0.25%未満である。一実施形態においては、Y2O3<0.15%、さらにはY2O3<0.05%であるか、またはY2O3の含有量はゼロである。

を含み、Al2O3/B2O3の重量含有量の比A/Bが1.2以下である、溶融鋳造耐火製品を提供する。
a)原料を混合して出発投入物を形成するステップと;
b)溶解材料が得られるまで前記出発投入物を溶解させるステップと;
c)冷却により前記溶解材料を鋳造・固化して、耐火製品を得るステップと;
を含む方法であって、前記原料は前記耐火製品が本発明に係るものとなるように選択されることを特徴とする方法にも関する。
酸化物の重量含有量とは、業界で一般的な慣例にしたがって、最も安定した酸化物の形で表現された対応する化学元素の各々についての合計含有量を意味する。したがって、これには、上述の元素の亜酸化物そして任意には窒化物、オキシ窒化物、炭化物、オキシ炭化物、炭窒化物さらには上述の元素の金属種が含まれる。
a)原料を混合して出発投入物を形成するステップ;
b)溶解材料が得られるまで前記出発投入物を溶解させるステップ;
c)冷却により前記溶解材料を固化して、本発明に係る耐火製品を得るステップ。
− 主として、重量平均で98.5%のZrO2+HfO2、0.2%のSiO2および0.02%のNa2Oを含むジルコニア、
− 33%のシリカのジルコンサンド、
− 99%超の純度の酸化ホウ素、
− 99%超の純度の酸化ニオブおよび酸化タンタル。
Claims (14)
- 酸化物に基づく重量百分率で前記酸化物の合計100%に対して、
ZrO2+HfO2:100%までの補完分、
4.0%<SiO2<6.5%、
Al2O3<0.6%、
0.2%<B2O3<1.5%、および
0.3%<Ta2O5
を含み、かつ下記要件:
HfO 2 <2%、
Nb2O5+Ta2O5<1.4%、
Na2O+K2O<0.2%、
BaO<0.2%、
P2O5<0.15%、
Fe2O3+TiO2<0.55%、
ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、BaO、P2O5、Fe2O3およびTiO2以外の酸化物種の合計含有量:<1.5%、および
Al2O3/B2O3の重量含有量の比A/Bが1.50未満である
を満たす溶融鋳造耐火製品。 - 前記比A/Bが1.40未満である、請求項1に記載の製品。
- Nb2O5+Ta2O5>0.5%である、請求項1または2に記載の製品。
- Nb2O5+Ta2O5<1.2%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- シリカSiO2の重量含有量が6.0%未満である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- シリカSiO2の重量含有量が4.5%超である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- シリカSiO2の重量含有量が4.8%超である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- B2O3の重量含有量が1.0%未満である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- Na2O+K2Oの重量含有量が0.1%未満である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記酸化物に基づく重量百分率で、
92.0%<ZrO2+HfO2<94.7%、
4.5%<SiO2<6.5%、
Al2O3<0.6%、
0.3%<B2O3<0.6%、および
0.5%<Ta2O5
を含み、かつ下記要件:
Nb2O5+Ta2O5<1.4%、
Na2O+K2O<0.05%、
CaO+SrO+MgO+ZnO+BaO<0.2%、
ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、CaO、SrO、MgO、ZnOおよびBaO以外の酸化物種;100%までの補完分、および
Al2O3/B2O3の重量含有量の比A/Bが1.2以下である
を満たす、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の製品。 - Y2O3の重量含有量が0.25%未満である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 鉄および/またはチタンの酸化物の重量含有量Fe2O3+TiO2が0.4%未満であり、P2O5の重量含有量が0.05%未満であり、カルシウムおよび/またはストロンチウムおよび/またはバリウムおよび/またはマグネシウムおよび/または亜鉛の酸化物の合計重量含有量CaO+SrO+BaO+MgO+ZnOが0.3%未満であり、ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、BaO、P2O5、Fe2O3およびTiO2以外の酸化物種の合計重量含有量が0.6%未満である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- BaO<0.1%であり、P2O5<0.05%であり、Fe2O3+TiO2<0.2%であり、ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、BaO、P2O5、Fe2O3およびTiO2以外の酸化物種が不純物のみで構成され、ZrO2、HfO2、SiO2、Al2O3、B2O3、Ta2O5、Nb2O5、Na2O、K2O、BaO、P2O5、Fe2O3およびTiO2以外の酸化物種の合計含有量が0.3%未満である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 溶解ガラスと接触するよう意図された領域内に請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の製品を含むガラス溶解炉。
