Claims (4)
- 浸漬端部及び後端部を備える測定ヘッドを有する、溶融金属もしくはスラグ内の測定用の測定プローブであって、少なくとも一個の電気化学センサー、一個の熱電対、及び、前記電気化学センサーの一個の浴接触部が、前記浸漬端部に配置されており、一個の熱電対及び、一個の電気化学センサーのそれぞれが、互いに隣接して前記浸漬端部から突出するものとし、前記浴接触部が、浸漬端部に開口する二のチャンバーが形成される態様で、前記熱電対及び前記電気化学センサーの周囲に、かつ、該熱電対及び該電気化学センサーの間に配設される金属ストリップから与えられるものとすることを特徴とし、前記熱電対が一のチャンバーに配置されるとともに、前記電気化学センサーが他のチャンバーに配置され、両方とも固定材料により保持されるものとし、
前記二のチャンバーが、前記金属ストリップの部分により分離され、一方の前記チャンバーに配置された前記熱電対用の固定材料と、他方の前記チャンバーに配置された前記電気化学センサー用の固定材料とが、前記金属ストリップの当該部分だけを介して互いに隣接して位置し、
前記熱電対に使用する前記固定材料を耐火セメントとし、前記電気化学センサーに使用する前記固定材料を鋳物砂としたことを特徴とする、測定プローブ。 - 前記浴接触部を通って形成される前記チャンバーが、前記浸漬端部とは反対側を向く側に、前記熱電対、前記電気化学センサー及び前記浴接触部のための電気コネクタとともに、コネクタ要素を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の測定プローブ。
- 前記チャンバー及び前記コネクタ要素が、自立をもたらすモジュールの形態をなすことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の測定プローブ。
- 前記測定ヘッドに試料室をさらに配設し、該試料室の注入路の注入口が、前記測定ヘッドの前記浸漬端部から突出するものとしたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の測定プローブ。
