Description
本願は、2010年7月6日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/361,713号の優先権を主張する。
過去数十年間にわたって、フルオロカーボン工業は、モントリオール議定書にしたがって段階的に削減されるオゾン破壊性のクロロフルオロカーボン(CFC)類およびヒドロクロロフルオロカーボン(HCFC)類の代替冷媒を見いだすことに取り組んできている。多くの用途における解決法は、冷媒、溶媒、消火剤、発泡剤および推進剤としてのヒドロフルオロカーボン(HFC)化合物の商業化であった。HFC冷媒(現時点でHFC−134aおよびHFC−125が最も広く用いられいている)のようなこれらの新規化合物はオゾン破壊能を持たず、よってモントリオール議定書の結果である現在の規定による段階的削減に影響されない。
実施例1は、カリウムでドープされた酸化クロム触媒の調製を例示する。
実施例2は、実施例1で調製したドープされた酸化クロム触媒上での244bbの脱塩化水素反応を例示する。
実施例3は、高カリウムの酸化クロム触媒上での244bbの脱塩化水素反応を例示する。
実施例4は、ギネー緑のドープされていない商業的サンプル上での244bbの脱塩化水素反応を例示する。
実施例5は、活性炭触媒の存在下での2−クロロ−1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロプロパンの脱塩化水素反応を例示する。
Claims (9)
- (a) 1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロ−2−クロロプロパンを、酸化クロム(III)および少なくとも1%のアルカリ金属からなる触媒と接触させて、2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを含む生成物混合物を生成させる工程と、
(b) 工程(a)で生成した生成物混合物から2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンを取り出す工程と
を含むことを特徴とする2,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペンの製造のための方法。 - 前記接触工程が加熱された容器中で実施され、温度設定点は少なくとも400℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法
- 前記接触工程が加熱された容器中で実施され、温度設定点は少なくとも470℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法
- 前記生成物混合物が、15百分率未満の2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生成物混合物が、10百分率未満の2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生成物混合物が、5百分率未満の2−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が少なくとも1質量%のカリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が少なくとも1.5質量%のカリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が少なくとも1質量%のセシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
