Abstract
Description
・ 無線送受信機と少なくとも1つのセンサを備え、第1の側部と第2の側部を有する、プリント回路基板と;
・ 前記プリント回路基板と電気的に接続される電源と;
・ 前記無線送受信機に電気的に接続され、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側部に設けられる、アンテナと;
・ 前記プリント回路基板、前記電源及び前記アンテナを収納し、密度0.8-1.2 g/cm3のポリウレタン製である、ケーシングと
を備え、前記ケーシングは前記アンテナを覆って成形され該アンテナを収納し、前記ケーシング内に保護層が配され、前記保護層は、前記アンテナの周囲のみに設けられ、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側部と該プリント回路基板の第2の面にある第2の側部の対応する部分に延在し、前記保護層は更に、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側のアンテナの形状に合致し、厚さ4から8 mm、最大密度50 kg/m3、比誘電率1から2.7である、前記無線ゲージ装置を提供する。
・ アンテナの周囲に保護層を配置することと;
・ モールドの支持構造体にプリント回路基板、電源及び前記アンテナを配置することと;
・ 前記モールドにポリウレタン樹脂を充填することと;
・ 前記ポリウレタンの樹脂を硬化させることと;
・ 前記モールドを取り外すことと;
・ 前記支持構造体を取り外すことと;
・ 前記支持構造体によって空けられた空間にポリウレタン樹脂を充填すること;
を含む。
以下、本開示の実施形態を、一例として次の図面を参照しながら説明する。
・ 無線送受信機と少なくとも1つのセンサを備え、第1の側部と第2の側部を有する、プリント回路基板と;
・ 前記プリント回路基板と電気的に接続される電源と;
・ 前記無線送受信機に電気的に接続され、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側部に設けられる、アンテナと;
・ 前記プリント回路基板、前記電源及び前記アンテナを収納し、密度0.8-1.2 g/cm3のポリウレタン製である、ケーシングと
を備える無線ゲージ装置であって、前記ケーシングは前記アンテナを覆って成形され該アンテナを収納し、前記ケーシング内に保護層が配され、前記保護層は、前記アンテナの周囲のみに設けられ、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側部と該プリント回路基板の第2の面にある第2の側部の対応する部分に延在し、前記保護層は更に、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側のアンテナの形状に合致し、厚さ4-8 mm、最大密度50 kg/m3、比誘電率1-2.7である、前記無線ゲージ装置を提供する。
・ アンテナの周囲に保護層を配置することと;
・ モールドの支持構造体にプリント回路基板、電源及び前記アンテナを配置することと;
・ 前記モールドにポリウレタンを充填することと;
・ 前記ポリウレタンの樹脂を硬化させることと;
・ 前記モールドを取り外すことと;
・ 前記支持構造体を取り外すことと;
・ 前記支持構造体によって空けられた空間にポリウレタン樹脂を充填すること

Claims (12)
- 無線ゲージ装置であって、
・ 無線送受信機と少なくとも1つのセンサを備え、第1の側部と第2の側部を有する、プリント回路基板と;
・ 前記プリント回路基板と電気的に接続される電源と;
前記無線送受信機に電気的に接続され、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側部に設けられる、アンテナと;
・ 前記プリント回路基板、前記電源及び前記アンテナを収納し、密度0.8から1.2g/cm3のポリウレタン製である、ケーシングと;
を備え、前記ケーシングは前記アンテナを覆って成形され該アンテナを収納し、前記ケーシング内に保護層が配され、前記保護層は、前記アンテナの周囲のみに設けられ、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側部と該プリント回路基板の第2の面にある第2の側部の対応する部分に延在し、前記保護層は更に、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側のアンテナの形状に合致し、厚さ4から8mm、最大密度50kg/m3、比誘電率1から2.7である、前記無線ゲージ装置。 - 前記保護層は、独立気泡プラスチック材で製作される、請求項1に記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記独立気泡プラスチック材は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン及びポリスチレンから成る群から選択される、請求項2に記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記保護層は2枚のシートから成るプラスチック材で製作され、前記シートの間にガスが取り込まれる、請求項1に記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記保護層は、ガスが充填された剛性保護ケーシングである、請求項1に記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記保護層の密度は10から50kg/m3である、請求項1から5の何れかに記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記保護層の比誘電率は1から2.4である、請求項1から6の何れかに記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記アンテナはトレースアンテナであり、前記トレースアンテナは前記プリント回路基板の表面に配置され、前記保護層は前記プリント回路基板の第1の面にのみ延在し、前記第1の面は、前記トレースアンテナが前記プリント回路基板に配置されている領域に対応する、請求項1から7の何れかに記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記アンテナは、前記プリント回路基板の第1の側部に埋め込まれる、請求項1から8の何れかに記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記ケーシングは着色顔料を含む、請求項1から9の何れかに記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記ケーシングは、前記プリント回路基板、前記電源及び前記アンテナから該ケーシングの外面までの距離が最低10mmであるような大きさである、請求項1から10の何れかに記載の無線ゲージ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、前記ケーシングで覆われていない、請求項1から11の何れかに記載の無線ゲージ装置。
