Abstract
Aparato calibrador inalámbrico, que comprende: -una placa de circuito impreso que comprende un transceptor inalámbrico y al menos un sensor, presentando la placa de circuito impreso un primer lado y un segundo lado; -una fuente de alimentación acoplada eléctricamente con la placa de circuito impreso; -una antena acoplada eléctricamente con el transceptor inalámbrico y montada en el primer lado de la placa de circuito impreso; y -un revestimiento que reviste la placa de circuito impreso, la fuente de alimentación y la antena, estando compuesto el revestimiento por poliuretano que tiene una densidad de 0,8-1,2 g/cm3, una capa protectora dispuesta dentro del revestimiento que está moldeada alrededor y reviste la antena, extendiéndose la capa protectora solo alrededor de la antena en el primer lado de la placa de circuito impreso y por una parte correspondiente del segundo lado de la segunda superficie de la placa de circuito impreso, ajustándose la capa protectora a la forma de la antena en el primer lado de la placa de circuito impreso, presentando la capa protectora un grosor de 4-8 mm, una densidad de como máximo 50 kg/m3 y una constante dieléctrica de 1-2,7.

- 2.REIVINDICACIONESAparato calibrador inalambrico, que comprende:-una placa de circuito impreso que comprende un transceptor inalambrico y al menos un sensor, presentando la placa de circuito impreso un primer lado y un segundo lado;-una fuente de alimentacion acoplada electricamente con la placa de circuito impreso;-una antena acoplada electricamente con el transceptor inalambrico y montada en el primer lado de la placa de circuito impreso; y-un revestimiento que reviste la placa de circuito impreso, la fuente de alimentacion y la antena, estando compuesto el revestimiento por poliuretano que tiene una densidad de 0,8-1,2 g/cm3,una capa protectora dispuesta dentro del revestimiento que esta moldeada alrededor y reviste la antena, extendiendose la capa protectora solo alrededor de la antena en el primer lado de la placa de circuito impreso y por una parte correspondiente del segundo lado de la segunda superficie de la placa de circuito impreso, ajustandose la capa protectora a la forma de la antena en el primer lado de la placa de circuito impreso, presentando la capa protectora un grosor de 4-8 mm, una densidad de como maximo 50 kg/m3 y una constante dielectrica de 1-2,7.Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun la reivindicacion 1, en el que la capa protectora esta compuesta por un material de plastico de celulas cerradas.
- 3.30Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun la reivindicacion 2, en el que el material de plastico de celulas cerradas se selecciona del grupo que consiste en polietileno, polipropileno, poliuretano y poliestireno.

- 8. 4550 9.Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun la reivindicacion 1, en el que la capa protectora esta compuesta por un material de plastico que consiste en dos laminas con gas atrapado entre las laminas.Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun la reivindicacion 1, en el que la capa protectora es un revestimiento protector rfgido lleno de gas.Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que la densidad de la capa protectora es de 10-50 kg/m3.Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que la constante dielectrica de la capa protectora es de entre 1 y 2,4.Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que la antena es una antena de seguimiento, estando dispuesta la antena de seguimiento en la superficie de la placa de circuito impreso y en el que la capa protectora se extiende solo por la primera superficie de la placa de circuito impreso que corresponde a un area en la que la antena de seguimiento esta dispuesta en la placa de circuito impreso.Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que la antena esta montada a nivel con el primer lado de la placa de circuito impreso.
- 10. Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que el revestimiento comprende pigmentos de color.55

Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que el tamano del revestimiento es tal que la distancia desde la placa de circuito impreso, la fuente de alimentacion y la antena hasta una superficie exterior del revestimiento es de al menos 10 mm.60 12. Aparato calibrador inalambrico segun la reivindicacion 11, en el que el al menos un sensor no esta cubiertopor el revestimiento.
