Claims (15)
- 接触表面を含む導電性接触要素を備え、前記導電性接触要素は、
入口開口を含む挿入端部と、
接触端部と、
前記導電性接触要素内への挿入方向における前記挿入端部の下流で、前記導電性接触要素の中心線軸に向かって偏倚された2つ以上の接触尖叉とを含み、前記2つ以上の接触尖叉は接触ピンチ点を画定し、前記2つ以上の接触尖叉の少なくとも1つは前記2つ以上の接触尖叉を選択的に分離することを可能にするように構成された第1の解放タブおよび第2の解放タブを含み、前記第1および第2の解放タブは前記2つ以上の接触尖叉のうちの前記少なくとも1つの最前方部分から延び、前記第1の解放タブは、該第1の解放タブと前記第2の解放タブとの間に間隙が形成されるように、前記2つ以上の接触尖叉の前記少なくとも1つについて前記第2の解放タブから離隔されたことを特徴とする単一要素電気コネクタ。 - 前記導電性接触要素は、電気的導電性材料の単一の部片からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単一要素電気コネクタ。
- 前記2つ以上の接触尖叉は、前記入口開口が形成される前記挿入端部でベース部分から延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単一要素電気コネクタ。
- 前記2つ以上の接触尖叉の前記少なくとも1つは、前記ベース部分の屈曲延長部を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の単一要素電気コネクタ。
- 前記2つ以上の接触尖叉は、前記中心線軸に向かって曲げられて挿入された電線を前記接触ピンチ点に案内する空間を画定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の単一要素電気コネクタ。
- 前記接触表面は、構成部品に当該単一要素電気コネクタを取り付けたとき、前記中心線軸が前記構成部品に対して概して直角になるように、前記ベース部分から概して横断方向に延びる接触足部を含み、前記ベース部分は前記接触表面を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の単一要素電気コネクタ。
- 前記導電性接触要素は、取付け表面に前記導電性接触要素を取り付けたとき、前記接触表面が前記取付け表面から配置されるよりも前記取付け表面からより大きく離れたところで前記ベース部分が配置されるように、前記接触表面と前記ベース部分との間に隆起部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の単一要素電気コネクタ。
- 前記第1および第2の解放タブは前記2つ以上の接触尖叉のうちの前記少なくとも1つの主本体部分からの延長部を含み、前記第1および第2の解放タブは前記中心線軸の方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単一要素電気コネクタ。
- 当該単一要素電気コネクタは、絶縁体を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単一要素電気コネクタ。
- 接触表面を含む導電性接触要素であって、前記導電性接触要素は、
入口開口を含む挿入端部と、
接触端部と、
前記導電性接触要素内への挿入方向における前記挿入端部の下流で、前記導電性接触要素の中心線軸に向かって偏倚された2つ以上の接触尖叉とを含み、前記2つ以上の接触尖叉は接触ピンチ点を画定し、前記2つ以上の接触尖叉の少なくとも1つは前記2つ以上の接触尖叉を選択的に分離することを可能にするように構成された第1の解放タブおよび第2の解放タブを含み、前記第1および第2の解放タブは前記2つ以上の接触尖叉の最前方部分から延び、前記第1の解放タブは該第1の解放タブと前記第2の解放タブとの間に間隙が形成されるように前記2つ以上の接触尖叉の前記少なくとも1つについて前記第2の解放タブから離隔された、該導電性接触要素と、
接触パッドを含むプリント回路板であって、前記接触パッドは前記接触表面に電気的に接続される、該プリント回路板と
を備えたことを特徴とする電気デバイス。 - 前記プリント回路板は、前記導電性接触要素の前記中心線軸が前記プリント回路板の開口を通るように、前記導電性接触要素の前記入口開口に対応する開口を含み、前記2つ以上の接触尖叉は前記プリント回路板内の前記開口を通って延びることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記プリント回路板内の前記開口を通っておよび前記導電性接触要素の前記入口開口を通って延びる電線をさらに備え、前記電線は、前記2つ以上の接触尖叉を介して前記導電性接触要素に電気的に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記第1の解放タブは前記2つ以上の接触尖叉のうちの前記少なくとも1つの第1の側に位置し、前記第2の解放タブは前記2つ以上の接触尖叉のうちの前記少なくとも1つの第2の側に位置し、前記第1の側は前記第2の側の反対側であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記2つ以上の接触尖叉は、前記接触表面から離れる方向で前記ベース部分から延びることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気デバイス。
- 前記2つ以上の接触尖叉は、前記接触表面に向かって戻る方向で前記ベース部分から延びることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気デバイス。
