Claims (12)
- 排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)の再生のための方法であって、少なくとも、
i)少なくとも1つのコンデンサ(2)に充電するステップ、
ii)前記コンデンサ(2)に蓄えられるエネルギーの少なくとも一部の供給によって、前記排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)の少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)を少なくとも900℃に加熱するステップ、を含み、
前記排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)に配置される電極(18)および/または前記排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)に配置される加熱導線(19)を備える少なくとも1つの点火エレメント(9)は、前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)に電気エネルギーとしての前記エネルギーを供給し、
電気エネルギーが供給されるときに前記サブボリューム(3)を通して電流が流れて前記サブボリューム(3)を直接加熱し、
前記電流は、前記少なくとも1つのコンデンサ(2)によって3秒未満の間前記サブボリュームに導入され、
前記電流は、50アンペアを上回る値を有し、
前記排ガスの全ておよび前記浄化コンポーネント(1)の全てが加熱されないように、前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)は、前記電気エネルギーが供給されるときに、電流が通って流れて前記電流によって直接加熱される空間として定義し、
前記サブボリューム(3)において蓄積したすす粒子(17)の少なくとも一部を少なくとも900℃の温度まで加熱し、
前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)の温度の上昇の結果として、前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)において少なくとも前記蓄積したすす粒子(17)を変換する、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)から生じて、粒子のバーンオフ反応が前記排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)のより大きいボリュームのために始まる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多くても2000ジュールの電気エネルギーが前記サブボリューム(3)に供給される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記コンデンサ(2)に前もって蓄えられたエネルギーの少なくとも63.2%が最大1秒以内に前記排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)に供給される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 異なるサブボリューム(3)が連続的な加熱ステップで加熱される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)に割り当てられる内燃機関(4)または排気系統(5)の少なくとも1つのパラメータは、測定されるかまたは算出されて、少なくとも1つのパラメータが閾値に達するときに、前記コンデンサ(2)に蓄えられるエネルギーの少なくとも一部は、前記サブボリューム(3)に供給される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコンデンサ(2)は、多くても30ワットの初期電力を充電されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内燃機関(4)の排気系統(5)の第2の排気路(7)のための排ガス処理装置(6)であって、少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)を有する排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)を備え、少なくとも1つの点火エレメント(9)を有する少なくとも1つの点火装置(8)、少なくとも1つのコンデンサ(2)、少なくとも1つのエネルギーソース(11)および少なくとも1つの制御装置(10)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの点火エレメント(9)は、前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)に割り当てられ、
前記排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)に配置される電極(18)および/または前記排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)に配置される加熱導線(19)を備える前記少なくとも1つの点火エレメント(9)は、前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)に電気エネルギーとしての前記エネルギーを供給し、

前記電流は、50アンペアを上回る値を有し、
前記排ガスの全ておよび前記浄化コンポーネント(1)の全てが加熱されないように、前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)は、前記電気エネルギーが供給されるときに、電流が通って流れて前記電流によって直接加熱される空間として定義され、
前記サブボリューム(3)において蓄積したすす粒子(17)の少なくとも一部は、少なくとも900℃の温度まで加熱され、
前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)の温度の上昇の結果として、前記少なくとも1つのサブボリューム(3)において少なくとも前記蓄積したすす粒子(17)は、変換される、排ガス処理装置(6)。 - 前記サブボリューム(3)は、多くても1000mm3のボリュームを有する、請求項8に記載の排ガス処理装置(6)。
- 前記コンデンサ(2)は、多くても500ファラッドの静電容量を有する、請求項8または9に記載の排ガス処理装置(6)。
- 前記排気系統(5)は、第1端部側(13)および第2端部側(14)を有する放射状の触媒コンバータ(12)を備え、前記排ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)は、前記第2端部側(14)にインパクタ(15)として割り当てられる、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理装置(6)。
