Claims (2)
- シリンジを用いて試料が注入される試料注入部と、キャリアガスが導入されるキャリアガス導入路と、注入された前記試料を気化する試料気化室およびインサートから構成されるダイレクト注入ユニットと、気化された前記試料が導入されるカラムと、前記カラムを通過した前記試料を検出する検出器部と、を備えたガスクロマトグラフにおいて、前記試料注入部に容量0μlを越え0.5μl以下の小容量シリンジを備えるとともに前記インサートが容量0mlを越え0.4ml以下の小容量インサートであることを特徴とするガスクロマトグラフ。
- シリンジを用いて試料が注入される試料注入部と、キャリアガスが導入されるキャリアガス導入路と、注入された前記試料を気化する試料気化室およびインサートと、前記試料と前記キャリアガスの混合気体を廃棄する排出路から構成されるスプリット注入ユニットと、気化された前記試料が導入されるカラムと、前記カラムを通過した前記試料を検出する検出器部と、を備えたガスクロマトグラフにおいて、前記試料注入部に容量0μlを越え0.5μl以下の小容量シリンジを備えるとともに前記インサートが容量0mlを越え0.4ml以下の小容量インサートであり、分析時のスプリット比が3以下であることを特徴とするガスクロマトグラフ。
