Claims (5)
- 出口弁(20)を有する出口通路(16)に冷却材を圧送するインペラ(18)を有する主ポンプボディ(11)を備える、内燃機関用の機械的な冷却材ポンプ(10)において、
出口弁(20)が、出口通路壁部(26)の通過スリット(24)を通って出口通路(16)の横断平面においてシフト可能な平坦な弁プレート(22)を有し、
該弁プレート(22)が、開放位置において流体密閉弁プレートハウジング(28)に位置決めされており、該弁プレートハウジング(28)が前記出口通路(16)から該弁プレート(22)と平行に延びており、シフト可能な平坦な弁プレート(22)のための前記通過スリット(24)が、前記主ポンプボディ(11)に設けられ、
前記弁プレート(22)が空圧式アクチュエータ(32)によって駆動され、該空圧式アクチュエータ(32)に、空圧式の膜(34)と、該膜(34)に対して垂直なアクチュエータロッド(36)とが設けられており、該アクチュエータロッド(36)が弁プレート(22)と一列に並んでいることを特徴とする、機械的な冷却材ポンプ(10)。 - 弁プレートハウジング(28)が、主ポンプボディ(11)の別個の部分として形成されている、請求項1記載の機械的な冷却材ポンプ。
- 弁プレートハウジング(28)が、主ポンプボディ(11)の一体の部分である、請求項1記載の機械的な冷却材ポンプ(10)。
- 主ポンプボディ(11)に、シフト可能な平坦な弁プレート(22)のための案内スリット(30)が設けられており、弁プレート(22)が案内スリット(30)において案内される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な冷却材ポンプ(10)。
- アクチュエータ(32)が弁プレートハウジング(28)に直接に結合されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の機械的な冷却材ポンプ(10)。
