Description
Claims (14)
- 液体容器(5)を有する呼吸用加湿器(1)の温度測定装置であって、
呼吸ガスの流路(9)と、
外部から前記流路(9)内の測定部分(15)へ向けられており、前記流路(9)内の前記呼吸ガスの温度を非接触で検出する赤外線検出器(21)と、
を備えており、
前記流路(9)を包囲する二次元壁面として画成された側面(13)は、前記測定部分(15)から成り、
前記測定部分(15)は、前記側面(13)の周囲領域に整列するとともに、前記側面(13)から前記流路(9)内に突出する要素がなく記周囲領域と面一となっており、
前記流路(9)は、好ましくは10°よりも大きく170°よりも小さい所定の流入角で前記呼吸ガスの流れを前記測定部分(15)へ向けるよう構成された流れ案内要素(17)を備えていることを特徴とする温度測定装置。 - 前記流入角は、約30°〜約60°の範囲にあり、さらにより好ましくは約40°〜約50°の範囲にある請求項1に記載の温度測定装置。
- 前記流れ案内要素(17)は、前記流路(9)の内部に配置されている請求項1に記載の温度測定装置。
- 前記流れ案内要素(17)は、真っ直ぐな板または湾曲した板である請求項3に記載の温度測定装置。
- 前記流れ案内要素(17)は、矩形、円形、多角形、または楕円形の断面を有する真っ直ぐな管または湾曲した管である請求項1に記載の温度測定装置。
- 前記流れ案内要素(17)は、構造的な表面を備えている請求項1または5に記載の温度測定装置。
- 前記測定部分(15)は薄い壁で設計されており、約0.90〜約1.00の範囲の放射率を備えている請求項1に記載の温度測定装置。
- 前記赤外線検出器(21)は、ボロメータ、焦電センサ、または熱電対列などの熱赤外線測定素子を備えている請求項1に記載の温度測定装置。
- 前記赤外線検出器(21)は、集束用光学部品を備えている請求項1に記載の温度測定装置。
- 前記流路(9)の材料は、透明なプラスチックである請求項1に記載の温度測定装置。
- ハウジング(3)と、液体容器(5)と、請求項1に記載の温度測定装置と、を有する人工呼吸器の呼吸用加湿器(1)であって、
前記液体容器(5)は、前記測定部分(15)を有する前記流路(9)を備えており、前記赤外線検出器(21)は、前記ハウジング(3)に配置されていることを特徴とする呼吸器用加湿器。 - 請求項1に記載の第1の温度測定装置と、請求項1に記載の第2の温度測定装置とを備える人工呼吸器の呼吸用加湿器(1)であって、
前記液体容器(5)は、第1の測定部分(15)を有する、呼吸ガスの導入のための第1の流路と、第2の測定部分を有する、呼吸ガスの放出のための第2の流路と、を備えており、
前記ハウジング(3)は、前記第1および第2の測定部分へと向けられた第1および第2の赤外線検出器を備えていることを特徴とする呼吸器用加湿器。 - 前記温度測定装置によって提供される測定値にもとづいて加熱の出力を調整するように設定された制御ユニットを備えている請求項11に記載の呼吸用加湿器。
- 前記温度測定装置によって提供される測定値にもとづいて加熱の出力を調整するように設定された制御ユニットを備えている請求項12に記載の呼吸用加湿器。
