Description
Claims (20)
- 鼓室体温計であって、
長手方向軸と、前記鼓室体温計の遠位端から延びる外表面とを画定する感熱プローブを備えており、
前記感熱プローブは、その遠位端まで延在しているセンサハウジングを含み、
該体温計は、
前記センサハウジングに取付けられて、前記感熱プローブを介して温度を検知する感熱用の電子工学系を含むセンサカンと、
前記センサハウジングに搭載されたノズルとを更に備えており、前記ノズルは、前記センサハウジングに配置されたベース部と、前記センサハウジングの周囲に配置された細長い円筒状のノーズ部とを含み、前記ノズルは、前記センサカンの近位端に熱束を向かわせるような構成になっており、
前記鼓室体温計の遠位端に取付け可能なプローブカバーを更に備えており、前記プローブカバーは、前記ノズルの外表面に嵌合する内表面を画定していることを特徴とする鼓室体温計。 - 前記センサカンは、そこから放射方向に張出して少なくとも1個の接点で前記ノズルに接触するリップを含み、前記センサカンに熱束を供与するようにした請求項1に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 鼓室体温計であって、
体温計本体部と、
体温計本体部から延び出ている感熱プローブとを備えており、
前記感熱プローブは、
内表面が空洞を画定している、細長い熱伝導性のノズルと、
前記空洞内に配置されて、前記センサハウジングを前記内表面から分離している空隙を有する細長い断熱用のセンサハウジングと、
前記センサハウジングの遠位端に取付けられて、前記ノズルの前記内表面に接触しているセンサカンとを含むことを特徴とする鼓室体温計。 - 前記感熱プローブは、前記センサハウジングと前記ノズルとに嵌合するベース部を更に含み、両者の間に同軸整合をもたらしている請求項3に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記ベース部は、前記体温計本体部に前記感熱プローブを取付ける手段を備えている請求項4に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記センサカンは、放射方向外向きに張出した少なくとも1個の突起部を含み、前記少なくとも1個の突起部は前記ノズルの前記内表面と前記カンとの間に少なくとも1個の接点を供与し、両者の間に熱流を流れ易くするようにしている請求項3に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記少なくとも1個の突起部はリップを含む請求項6に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記リップは、複数のリップ部材を含む請求項7に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記複数のリップ部材は、前記センサカンから張出して前記ノズルの前記内表面に接触する螺旋状突起部を形成している請求項8に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記少なくとも1個の突起部は、金属合金から作成されている請求項6に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記突起部のうち少なくとも1個は、残余の突起部のうちの少なくとも1個とは異なる素材から作成されている請求項6に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記少なくとも1個の突起部は、最適熱流量を供与するように選択された素材から作成されている請求項10に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記突起部のうち少なくとも1個は、電気により予備加熱されて、前記感熱プローブの温度勾配を緩和するようにしている請求項6に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記センサカンは、
前記センサカンに設けた少なくとも1個の赤外線透過性窓と、
遠位表面を有するセンサベース部と、
前記遠位表面に配置されて、前記赤外線透過性窓を通して赤外線放射を受ける赤外線センサとを組込んでいる請求項3に記載の鼓室体温計。 - 前記感熱プローブを覆って配置された使い捨て可能なプローブカバーを更に備えており、前記プローブカバーは、感熱プローブの遠位端を実質的に封入するとともに前記ノズルの遠位開口部と整合する赤外線透過性フィルムを設けている請求項3に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 前記センサカンは、
カン表面と前記センサカンに組込まれたサーミスタとを備え、
雰囲気温度が経時的に変動している間も、前記カン表面と前記サーミスタの間の温度差が実質的に一定のままである請求項3に記載の鼓室体温計。 - 前記一定の温度差は、雰囲気環境と前記カン表面との間の熱伝導経路を最適化することによってもたらされる請求項16に記載の鼓室体温計。
- 鼓室体温計の温度測定誤差を低減する方法であって、
外部環境と、前記鼓室体温計の感熱プローブに感熱用の電子工学系を組込むセンサカンとの間に熱伝導経路を設けることを含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記熱伝導経路は、前記センサカンに接触する細長い熱伝導性ノズルを備えている請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記センサカンを或る温度まで予備加熱して、前記感熱プローブの2点間にかかる温度勾配を緩和するようにする請求項19に記載の方法。
