Claims (11)
- 処理すべき処理水にオゾンを供給して前記処理水中の不純物を減容する水処理システムにおいて、
所定量の前記オゾンを前記処理水に供給するオゾン供給部と、
前記オゾンと前記不純物との反応によって発生する泡を検知する泡検知部と、
検知した前記泡の増量速度が比較的遅い低速状態であるか比較的速い高速状態であるかを判断する判断部と、
前記低速状態であると前記判断部が判断した場合に前記オゾン供給部に前記オゾンを供給させ、前記高速状態であると前記判断部が判断した場合に前記オゾン供給部に前記オゾンを供給させない制御部とを備える
ことを特徴とする水処理システム。 - 前記判断部は、前記低速状態であるか前記高速状態であるかの判断を繰り返す繰り返し処理を実行し、前記高速状態であると判断した場合に、前記繰り返し処理を停止し、所定の時間が経過した後に再び前記繰り返し処理を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水処理システム。 - 前記処理水は有機物を含有する廃水であり、前記不純物は汚泥である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水処理システム。 - 前記オゾン供給部が供給すべき前記オゾンを発生させて前記オゾン供給部へ付与する放電式オゾン発生装置を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水処理システム。 - 前記オゾン供給部が供給する前記オゾンの濃度は、150〜310g/Nm3である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水処理システム。 - 前記放電式オゾン発生装置が発生した前記オゾンを濃縮して前記オゾン供給部へ付与するオゾン濃縮装置を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水処理システム。 - 前記オゾン供給部が供給する前記オゾンの濃度は、800g/Nm3〜1500g/Nm3である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水処理システム。 - 微生物を有する曝気槽から前記処理すべき処理水を取得する取得部と、
前記オゾンが供給された前記処理水を前記曝気槽に返送する第1返送部と、
前記オゾンが供給された前記処理水に更にオゾンを供給して反応させるエジェクタ部と、
該エジェクタ部で反応した前記処理水を前記曝気槽に返送する第2返送部とを更に備え、
前記判断部は、前記泡検知部の検知結果に基づいて、前記曝気槽内の微生物の有機物分解負荷が所定値よりも大きいか小さいかを判断し、
前記制御部は、前記判断部が前記所定値よりも大きいと判断した場合、前記オゾンが供給された前記処理水を前記エジェクタ部へ流し、前記判断部が前記所定値よりも小さいと判断した場合、前記オゾンが供給された前記処理水を前記第1返送部へと流す制御を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の水処理システム。 - 前記曝気槽を通過した前記処理水から汚泥を分離する濾過処理を実行する濾過処理手段を更に備え、
前記第1返送部又は前記第2返送部から前記処理水が前記曝気槽に返送された場合、前記濾過処理手段は前記濾過処理の実行を一定時間停止し、該一定時間の経過後に間欠的に前記濾過処理の実行を開始する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の水処理システム。 - 前記曝気槽を通過した前記処理水から汚泥を分離する濾過処理を実行する濾過処理手段と、
該濾過処理手段が前記濾過処理を実行した前記処理水を貯留する貯留手段と、
該貯留手段が貯留した前記処理水の一部にオゾン処理を施してオゾン含有水を獲得する獲得手段と、
該獲得手段が獲得した前記オゾン含有水によって前記濾過処理手段を洗浄する洗浄手段とを更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の水処理システム。 - 処理すべき処理水にオゾンを供給して前記処理水中の不純物を減容する水処理システムを用いて水処理を行う水処理方法において、
前記水処理システム内の前記処理水に、所定量の前記オゾンを供給する供給工程と、
前記オゾンと前記不純物との反応によって発生する泡を検知する検知工程と、
検知した前記泡の増量速度が比較的遅い低速状態であるか比較的速い高速状態であるかを判断する判断工程とを備え、
前記低速状態であると前記判断工程で判断した場合に前記供給工程で前記オゾンを供給し、前記高速状態であると前記判断工程で判断した場合に前記供給工程で前記オゾンを供給しない
ことを特徴とする水処理方法。
