Claims (7)
- 多数の開口部を有する底板の外周縁に立ちあがり縁を有する略皿形の扁平な燃料受け台を設け、
前記燃料受け台内に、針葉樹の樹皮を30%以上含む木材から成り、無機質成分を2〜20%含有する多数のペレット炭化物を20mm以下の厚さで平らに敷き詰め、
当該燃料受け台の上部開口部に燃焼対象物を置く金網状の受け枠を設け、
前記燃料受け台を、上端に開口部を有する容器型の燃焼支持台の前記上端開口部に嵌め、
前記燃料受け台の前記ペレット炭化物を着火し、当該燃焼支持台の空気供給口から空気を取り入れ、前記ペレット炭化物に含有された無機質成分によって燃焼速度及び温度を制御して、前記受け枠上の燃焼対象物を加温又は焼くことを特徴とする、ペレット炭による燃焼方法。 - 前記各ペレット炭化物は、外径が3〜8mmで、長さ3〜30mmの大きさとしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のペレット炭による燃焼方法。
- 前記ペレット炭化物は、粘土を含む無機物を20%以下で含有した粘結材が含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のペレット炭による燃焼方法。
- 前記ペレット炭化物は、無機質成分として、珪酸塩類、金属酸化物、金属炭酸塩、粘土類のいずれか1つ又は複数を30%以下で含有し、他は木質、又はパルプ類より成るペレットを炭化したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のペレット炭による燃焼方法。
- 前記ペレット炭化物の着火は、前記燃料受け台を燃焼支持台から、ガスコンロに移して当該ガスコンロで着火し、その後前記燃焼支持台に戻し、燃焼対象物を加温又は焼くことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のペレット炭による燃焼方法。
- 多数の開口部を有する底板の外周縁に立ちあがり縁を有する略皿形の扁平な燃料受け台を設け、
前記燃料受け台内に、針葉樹の樹皮を30%以上含む木材から成り、無機質成分を2〜20%含有する多数のペレット炭化物を20mm以下の厚さで平らに敷き詰め、
当該燃料受け台の上部開口部に燃焼対象物を置く金網状の受け枠を設け、
前記燃料受け台を、上端に開口部を有する容器型の燃焼支持台の前記上端開口部に着脱自在に嵌め、当該燃焼支持台の外周面には開閉調整自在な空気供給口を設け、
前記燃料受け台のペレット炭化物を着火し、前記ペレット炭化物に含有された無機質成分によって燃焼速度及び温度を制御して、前記受け枠上の燃焼対象物を加温又は焼く構成としたことを特徴とする、ペレット炭による燃焼装置。 - 前記各ペレット炭化物は、外径が3〜8mmで、長さ3〜30mmの大きさとしたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のペレット炭による燃焼装置。
