Claims (2)
- ハウジング(21)に回転自在に支承される回転軸(27)にロータコア(43)が固定され、該ロータコア(43)に装着されるボビン(44)に、前記回転軸(27)の中心軸線を通る一平面(PL)の両側に配置されるようにして界磁コイル(45)が巻装される発電機用ロータにおいて、前記ロータコア(43)の軸方向外端に対応する部分で前記ボビン(44)には、前記回転軸(27)の軸方向に沿う前記界磁コイル(45)の両端のコイルエンド部(45b)を、前記回転軸(27)の半径方向に沿う内方側の部分(45ba)と、外方側の部分(45bb)とに分ける分離突部(50i)が設けられ、前記回転軸(27)の周方向に沿う前記分離突部(50i)の両側で前記内方側の部分(45ba)および前記外方側の部分(45bb)間に空隙(53)がそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする発電機用ロータ。
- 前記ロータコア(43)の軸方向外端に対向、当接するようにして前記ボビン(44)が備える端板部(50b)に、それらの端板部(50b)から前記回転軸(27)の軸方向外方に隆起して前記コイルエンド部(45b)を支持する支持台(50j)が、前記回転軸(27)の周方向に沿う前記支持台(50j)の両側で前記コイルエンド部(45b)および前記端板部(50b)間に空気通路(54)を形成するようにして一体に設けられ、前記分離突部(50i)が前記支持台(50j)に突設されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発電機用ロータ。
