Claims (19)
- 可撓性ガイドワイヤであって、前記ガイドワイヤは、
近位部分および末端部分を有し、前記末端部分が遠位先端部を有し、前記末端部分の外径が前記遠位先端部に向かって徐々に減少するが、前記遠位先端部の外径は前記末端部分の最も小さい外径より大きい中空管、
前記遠位先端部に配置されるコイルセンサであって、前記コイルセンサのコイルの軸が前記中空管の前記末端部分の軸と平行であるコイルセンサ、
非外傷性先端部を作成するために前記中空管の前記遠位先端部に連結されるプラグ、および、
その長さ上で前記中空管の外径を維持し、かつ、圧縮力のある負荷を支持するための、前記末端部分周辺に配置される管状のスプリング、を含み、
前記中空管の前記末端部分の少なくとも一部において、お互いに向き合う部分の壁が取り除かれ、それによって前記末端部分および前記遠位先端部が2分割され、前記2分割の結果として、2つのとがった先が形成されることを特徴とする、可撓性ガイドワイヤ。 - 可撓性ガイドワイヤであって、前記ガイドワイヤは、
近位部分および末端部分を有し、前記末端部分が遠位先端部を有し、前記末端部分の外径が前記遠位先端部に向かって徐々に減少するが、前記遠位先端部の外径は前記末端部分の最も小さい外径より大きい中空管、
前記遠位先端部に配置されるコイルセンサであって、前記コイルセンサのコイルの軸が前記中空管の前記末端部分の軸と平行であるコイルセンサ、
非外傷性先端部を作成するために前記中空管の前記遠位先端部に連結されるプラグ、および、
その長さ上で前記中空管の外径を維持し、かつ、圧縮力のある負荷を支持するための、前記末端部分周辺に配置される管状のスプリング、を含み、
前記中空管の前記末端部分の少なくとも一部において、前記中空管の壁の断面の一部が取り除かれ、それによって、円弧状の断面を備える部分が形成されるが、前記遠位先端部では前記中空管の壁は欠けていないことを特徴とする、可撓性ガイドワイヤ。 - 前記センサに連結されるワイヤのツイスト・ペアをさらに含み、前記ツイスト・ペアが前記中空管の内腔に位置する、請求項1または2に記載の可撓性ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記中空管の前記末端部分の外径が境界部分において前記遠位先端部に向かって減少する、請求項1または2に記載の可撓性ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記中空管の前記末端部分の中の前記境界部分以外の各々の部分の外径が一定である、請求項4記載の可撓性ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記中空管の前記末端部分の外径が前記遠位先端部に向かって直線的に減少するが、前記遠位先端部の外径は前記末端部分の最も小さい外径より大きい、請求項1または2に記載の可撓性ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記中空管の前記末端部分の外径が前記遠位先端部に向かって急激に減少するが、前記遠位先端部の外径は前記末端部分の最も小さい外径より大きい、請求項1または2に記載の可撓性ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記プラグが金属、ポリマー、および結合材料から構成される群から選択される材料である、請求項1または2に記載の可撓性ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記プラグが接着剤での接着、ボンドでの接着、溶接、およびハンダ付けの少なくとも一つにより前記中空管の前記遠位先端部に連結される、請求項1または2に記載の可撓性ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記管状のスプリングが金属でできている、請求項1または2に記載の可撓性ガイドワイヤ。
- 前記金属がステンレススチール、プラチナ、イリジウム、およびニチノールで構成される群から選択される、請求項10記載の可撓性ガイドワイヤ。
