Claims (12)
- 白金溶接構造において、
第1の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分、および
白金または白金合金溶接ビードを含む溶接接合部により前記第1の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分に溶接された第2の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分を有してなり、
前記溶接ビードが、前記第1と第2の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分よりも高いレベルで、ロジウム、またはロジウムとZrおよび/またはZrO 2 の組合せをさらに含むものである、
白金溶接構造。 - 前記溶接ビードが、前記第1と第2の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分よりも高いレベルでZrO2を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の白金溶接構造。
- 前記溶接ビードが約0.1質量%から約1質量%のZrO2を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の白金溶接構造。
- 前記溶接ビードが第3の酸化物分散安定化白金合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の白金溶接構造。
- 白金溶接構造を製造する方法において、
第1の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分および第2の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分を提供する工程、
白金含有溶接材料を提供する工程、および
前記白金含有溶接材料により、前記第1の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分を前記第2の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分に溶接する工程であって、この溶接する工程が、前記第1と第2の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分よりも高いレベルで、ロジウム、またはロジウムとZrおよび/またはZrO 2 の組合せを含む白金または白金合金溶接ビードを形成することを含む、溶接する工程、
を有してなる方法。 - 前記溶接ビードが、前記第1と第2の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分よりも高いレベルでZrO2を含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記溶接ビードが約0.1質量%から約1質量%のZrO2を含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記溶接ビードが酸化物分散安定化白金合金を含むことを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の方法。
- 前記溶接ビードがZrを含み、前記溶接ビード中のZrO2レベルが第1と第2の酸化物分散強化型白金または白金合金部分におけるよりも大きくなるように該Zrの少なくとも一部をZrO2に転化させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の方法。
- 前記溶接する工程において、前記溶接材料が、ZrO2のZrへの還元を防ぐために、酸化雰囲気中に保持されることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の方法。
- 前記溶接ビードが50質量%までの量のロジウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の白金溶接構造。
- 前記溶接ビードが50質量%までの量のロジウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
