Claims (8)
- 人間の耳(2)の一部の表面への経皮的電気刺激の適用と、該耳(2)の耳道(G)内への音響信号の提示とを併用するための装置(1)であって、該装置(1)は、電気刺激を与えるための少なくとも1つの電極(4,5)を有する少なくとも1つの電極ヘッド(3)を備え、また、該装置(1)は、スピーカ(6)と、耳道(G)への音響信号用の出力チャネル(7)とを備え、さらに、該装置は、前記電気刺激の適用と前記音響信号の提示を制御することができる制御装置(8)を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの電極(4,5)またはそれを保持する前記電極ヘッド(3)は、該耳(2)の耳甲介舟(Cy)に配置することができるように構成されていることと、
前記電極ヘッド(3)には、該耳(2)の周囲に係合するように構成された弾性の保持用弓状部(9)が配置されていることと、
該装置は、さらに、頭蓋骨の一部に機械的振動を与えることができる振動発生器(10)を備え、該振動発生器(10)は、前記保持用弓状部(9)上に配置されるか、またはその中に組み込まれていることと、を特徴とする、装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電極(4,5)を有する前記電極ヘッド(3)は、腎臓形に形成され、該耳に面する側に略平坦なレスト面を有し、前記電極ヘッド(3)は、該耳(2)の耳甲介舟(Cy)の表面の少なくとも50%を覆う接触領域によって該耳(2)の表面に接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 音響信号用の前記出力チャネル(7)は、前記電極ヘッド(3)の延出部として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記振動発生器(10)によって、側頭骨またはその乳突部に機械的振動を与えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(8)は、前記電極(4,5)による電気刺激と、前記スピーカ(6)による音響信号と、さらにオプションとして前記振動発生器(10)による機械的振動を、タイミング調整して発生させるように構成されており、このとき、前記タイミング調整には、電気刺激と信号とオプションの振動との、同期位相、遅延位相、一部重複する位相が含まれる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置(8)は、電気刺激と、音響信号と、機械的振動を発生せるための、電子モジュールを有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電極(4,5)は、少なくとも部分的に合成材料で構成されており、それは導電性とするための手段と共に提供され、導電性とするための該手段は、該合成材料に埋め込まれた導電性粒子であり、または、導電性とするための該手段は、前記電極(4,5)の基体に電気メッキされた少なくとも1つの導電性金属層である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの電極(4,5)、すなわち、少なくとも1つの刺激電極(4)と1つの基準電極(5)とが設けられており、このとき、該少なくとも1つの刺激電極(4)は、第1の接触面によって該耳(2)の表面に接触し、該少なくとも1つの基準電極(5)は、第2の接触面によって該耳(2)の表面に接触し、前記第2の接触面は、前記第1の接触面の少なくとも3倍の大きさである、ことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
